The location of the hotel is good as it's very close to the train station and the city center. The room was also quite big and clean.

We had 2 single beds next to each other instead of a double bed and 2 small single duvets. The stuff at breakfast was very friendly and when we asked for refills we immediately got them, but I wish they were a bit more proactive and refilled the breakfast items without us having to ask every time.

Clean and the breakfast was fresh, special thanks for the lady who take care of cleaning the dishes and preparing the breakfast super clean no finger stain on the drinking glasses she were a gloves she keeps moving like a Bee I remembered my Mother once we received a gust at our Home,i really recommend staying a night and have a great breakfast.

Room was comfortable, with a lot of space to put all my luggage. Also bathroom was well sized. The 24h reception was great for peace of mind. Breakfast was good, with good choice of bread. The staff was very kind and helpful, both at the reception and in the breakfast room. The location is great, in-between the train station and the main shopping street.

I would have appreciated the possibility of having an espresso and/or cappuccino for breakfast. The door-key system is a bit old-fashioned, but not a problem in the end. There is a nice bar area but was not available for use, maybe for Covid reasons...

Spacious room for one. Quiet. I could leave my bag at the reception prior to check-in. Requested a kettle in my room before arrival which worked out. Breakfast was great and the bed was super as well. A fan was in the room, it was quite warm and the fan was really helpful. Very close to Mannheim HBF.

Needed a place to crash after I missed my night train. Breakfast buffet was nice. Wifi was good and stable enough for my video meeting, I was able to work comfortably on it for a few hours. Reception was very helpful. Check in and checkout was very easy.

Staff kept coming in and out to check up on the room 1 hour before checkout. Water does not come free with the room, but I guess that is a thing anywhere in Germany XD

Breakfast was very good and staff welcoming. Overall the room is a good place to spend few nights if you will spend the days outside (I did) - walking distance to the train station . Clean.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, big variety and lots of care taken. And the staff at the front desk and cafeteria is charming. The location couldn't get better, it's right in the center!

The rooms are a little outdated and the window was a little thin, you could hear the sounds from the street, but it didn't bother for sleeping.
