All was good as usual, I have been several times in this hotel, it is in vicinity of Rosegarten Conference Center and near University Clinic where I have meetings. Besides it is in mid town, therefore I do not need to use any transportation witin Mannheim. Breakfast is fine as usual, with good choice of different food options. It is nice to have a new coffee machines therefore esspresso is a standard option. Room is quite wide with plenty of space.

Only comment on room is lack of light, as room has decreased number of light sources which might be a problem for sextagenerians in evening.

Wide Breakfast spread and staff are good and attentive. Too tired, head to the top floor and take a dip in decent size pool. The bar is open till late and the location also gives you access to a variety of shopping, drink&dine options. On-site parking

The room was very big, neat and well kept with all the necessary things for a good stay. There was provision of water to drink, and soft drink as well. The janitors are very responsive by maintain the room every day.

Very good location as it three stops to the main station, good breakfast ,friendly staffs, and above was welcome with a cold drink and I was provided with water to drink.❤️ There wasn't anything i didn't like and i will visit again anytime i am in Mannheim

The hotel room was huge and well decorated. The facilities were incredible and the pool felt quite refreshing in the morning, as was the sauna. Breakfast options were varied and of good quality. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Location was quite good as it sits in the city centre and is easily accessible on foot and by public transportation.

Despite an overall great experience, I was a bit sad to see the two large beds in the room done with single duvets, one of which had some tears on the cover.

I like to stay at Leonardo Hotel when the kids and I a city break in Mannheim, we have already stayed several times and love it. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the pool and sauna are a huge highlight and the location is really unbeatable.

We had a problem with our room door. We have stayed at Leonardo Hotel several times already and always use the chain lock. This time we did as well but when we tried to open it would not budge. I tried calling the reception for help but no one answered the phone which I am quite disappointed about. However, I spoke to a kind gentleman from house keeping who was in the corridor and he was able to call his manager. She was extremely friendly and helpful which helped my kids and I calm down as we had been quite agitated after being "stuck" in the room. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman from house keeping or the name of the kind lady manager who assisted us in the end, but I would like to say thank you.

The breakfast was really delicious. The only thing that I don't like was that they have same dishes every morning. Otherwise, the taste and quality of foods was really good. The location is also very centeral. You can anywhere in the city on foot.

Same menu for breakfast every morning is kind of boring. Although it's good, but if you're staying more than 3 days, same dishes every morning is not good choice.

Centrally located, it is convenient to reach most attractions, still the rooms remain quiet. The breakfast was also varied and served in a very nice room.

My particular room had an issue with the lock which made it easy to leave the door open, which actually happened to me once. Fortunately, nothing happened, but it was worrisome once I realized. Also, it was a shame that the pool wasn't working.

Most I liked is the location of Hotel, easy to reach any further location with Trams or train. Hotel also has a swimming pool with sauna, kids had enjoyed well. Note close there is public parking N6 from which you can enter Hotel directly. Someone has complained that parking is very narrow, but it was ok for my Subaru, no issues at all.

Note that Hotel is in Umwelt zone, you need a green sticker to drive or park in that zone.

breakfast was good, basic of what could be expected. The location is fantastic, city center and close to train station, it's quiet and has a small pool. Some of the staff were super nice and helpful, newer staff seems a bit lost.

the blankets are thin for winter and there was this time a lot of dusty corners, i.e. the desks and lamps were dusty. the rooms start to show a lot of wear, i.e. outdated fridges, worn furniture, damaged/rotted wood on the window frames etc. However, still, a great value compared to other hotels of the same age and location, and price level.

The location is great, very central. The room is spacious and the beds very compfy. There is coffee, tea and water offered in the room which was very nice. The breakfast is good and plentyful. There is a nice pool and sauna area.

The room was a bit dark and the TV in the room was outdated. The lift to the pool area was broken so we had to walk up to the fifth floor and the sauna was not open all the time. The service was not very attentive, staff were friendlier when we visited a year ago, but not so much this time.
