Absolutely everything, the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, the hotel was modern and appointed to an exceptionally high standard, reception and the bar were decorated to the latest fashion, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, the location couldn’t be any closer to the local amenities. The bathroom was spotless and very well set out with a twin head shower and huge mirror. I’d come back to Mannheim just to stay here again, thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Parking is only a few spaces, I got one but luckily there’s a public car park nearby.

We can’t complain. The location was perfect and easy to find. Our room was pretty nice. They have a place where you can play table soccer, game automat and and and. We arrived late at the night so there was no people and noise. It was amazing. Greetings to the lady on the reception Tijana. She was friendly and explain us everything what we wanted to know. We had a small problem with our room but she solved it expressly. It was nice to see that people from Balkan work there, so to all my Balkan people if you need a hotel in Mannheim - you can’t regret :). Hope to come next month again.

Hotel is located right in the center of the city, close to all shops, museums, other attractions. Breakfast is in the form of "buffet", i.e. you take whatever you want and as much as you want, and is good - you have a lot to select from! This was definitely one of the strong benefits of the hotel. Rooms are just "normal". They are not big, but clear and everything (e.g. bathroom, lamps, TV) is working. Hosts at the reception are speaking English.

Rooms could be a little bigger, but this is indeed value for the money we've paid.

The hotel is in the city center, near the station and the University. It is not cheap, but the quality compensates the price. For example, there was coffee, tea and water in the room, a fridge that was crucial for me, because I could put some fruit and snacks and could work without loosing my time with meals, and it saved me money. A super nice staff, who made photocopies for me several times without charge, saving me money and time, made my busy work days easier. Also, the table and chair are not meant to be for work, but they were comfortable. Internet was fast enough for Zoom meetings. Fast check-in and check-out. Good, well-organised breakfasts. I recommend this hotel if you will visit Mannheim for work.

This is not a negative comment, it is just that I didn't like the aesthetics, with this big eagle near my bed :) Maybe there could be more light in the room. But these are only small details because the stay was great.

Location and staff and activities inside the hotel.

My suggestion to management please so tell guests about upgrading if they are family and wish to upgrade the room otherwise its hard to change the room if guest wont like the size of the room. Pillows were very uncomfortable and were not actual pillows, i think. Small bathroom. There are not enough lights in the room.

While I saw nothing special about the particular spot in Mannheim, for a location conveniently in the center of the city of Mannheim, I was truly impressed at the quality and value of this property. To get a good quality triple room with the ability to cancel up to the day of the reservation at that price point was tremendous value in my estimation. The room was nicely furnished with a modern bathroom, and I was very happy with this choice. The cost for breakfast was extra, and quite expensive, although the choices were extensive and high quality.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was nice!

Is not wrote on Booking that you have to pay for the parking space, 17 Euro/ night or 1.80 euro for 1 hour...this is on the street. If you want to park your car in the hotel parking space is 25 euro / night. I made the rezervation, i choosed to pay cash at the hotel and after i payed cash i realised that they charged my card! So i payed twice. I told them that, they said that they will refound my bank account.

Fantastic location, for food, shops, trams Iron & board are available to "hire" for €20 refundable deposit, which is good hairdryer in the bathroom, website doesn't list it on room facilities.. .. but there is one Sparkling water only in the room, but there is also a fridge, if you need to stock up on still water for the coffee machine We were room only so cannot comment on breakfast/ Evening meal

Bathroom was a good size, only let down was the shower screen, it just made it awkward and not much room to shower as the bath was quite narrow (Rm 426) No prominent bar staff,(granted we stayed end of may) seemed the guy who tended the bar while we stayed seemed to have other duites to also do and therefore disappeared on several occasions leaving the bar area unmanned for quite long periods.... this bar also isn't open on a sunday the drink prices were never the same which was confusing as we were drinking the same thing each night...... Reception was always manned, but they didnt seem to want to do the bar duties when asked.... Maybe also remove the CLASH sign away from the 'staff only' door, as this is confusing for any guest.

Super central location, big room, the “Monnem in grün” cocktail

The coffee machine wasn’t working (was signalling a technical error, probably needed to be descaled). Despite my reporting this to Reception on the first morning, it wasn’t mended before we left. The glass screen on the shower was too narrow to contain the water, needs to be at least 20 cm wider.

I stayed at room 418 which was on the top floor. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good sized with a bath tub. They had a small table for dining, dressing table and also a coffee machine and refrigerator. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is just a few minutes walk from the tram stop, city center and the shopping street. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I did not opt for it. But overall it was a good value for money deal.

The room seemed a little worn out and may get better with a little maintenance. The area of hotel seemed more middle eastern than German.
