It is conveniently located, there's a tram and a bus stop within 5 minutes' walk, a train station and plenty of shops and eateries about 10 minutes' walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety.

Being August it was hot so we needed to keep the windows open, but then many guests would smoke nearby. Several guests slammed doors and generally made noise through the night. However, the area itself is pretty quiet. The mattress is made of foam and was a bit worn and unsupportive. But after the first night (and an aching back) I just switched the ends and that solved the issue.

The staff was very nice, sympathetic and helpful. I was not expecting much because I had to reserve the room at the eleventh hour but the hotel exceeded my expectations--very honest accommodation for a reasonable price. It was very clean and check-in/check-out was uncomplicated. Pasing is also pretty easy to reach with the tram from most locations in the city centre.

the bathroom sink was not that well designed, so the water easily sprayed on the floor and elsewhere, but this is really a minor detail. Soundproof from the hallway was not that good also, but I believe there is not much you could ask for there, as the space is not that big (nevertheless, the rooms are cosy).

The hotel has a very good and secured location for every person who will be travelling for business or any other purpose. The Staff are very kind and helpful, starting from the reception Ladys (many thanks to the daily Greetings and smiley faces) The cleaning Staff are all the day for rooms services and to fulfill any further needs or requests. we will stay loyal to this Hotel and will be our destination for the next Stay in Munich

Everything was just fine, from the service to the room quality. The room was nice and well sized, had a TV and a comfortable cushion seat as well as large and spacious beds. Everything was above our epectations.

As indicated by other reviews we were afraid that the walls would be too thin and sound would travel too easily. However this did mostly not apply, only in a few cases there were loud noises, but nothing interruptive. During the night we could hear a roomneighbor snore a bit, which wasn't great, but at least not loud enough to really bother us.

I liked the hotel - especially their staff (super friendly and helpful). I also liked that we were able to leave out luggage at the hotel when our bus got delayed so we didn't have to wander around with it. The coffee was also very good! Our room was not that big, but it was just for sleeping so it didn't bother us really. Considering the price, good hotel choice! The public transport is right next to the hotel so that's also a plus.

Nice, clean, quiet room. Has elevators to the upper floors. It's within walking distance (depending on baggage) to the Pasing train station. Even ICE trains stop there. As a Bonus, an important shopping mall - the Pasing Arcades - is right in front of the station. The surroundings are nice, you can walk around safely even late at night, unlike at the main train station (Hbf).

Very convenient location with tram station 4 minute walk away & only short ride to the city centre. Room was clean & tidied regularly by housekeeping. They allowed us to check in early as we were exhausted from flying early morning which was fantastic, very kind and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Walls were quite thin & toilet is kind of in the middle of the bathroom blocking easy access to shower.

The hotel was in a good location being a 3 min walk or so from the tram stop, which took you into the heart of the city The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, with also a couple of seats and a little desk The shower was nice with good pressure and was a decent size. The breakfast was good with lots of variety

The bathroom needs to be a little wider because where the toilet is very cramped
