Rooms with basic equipment, but enough for few days stay in the city. Small kitchen very handy, with coffee machine and microwave oven too. Staff very kind and helpful, you can ask anything you need to know. There is a breakfast as an option that charges additionally, decent variety and choice. You can prepare coffee or tea anytime during day and night, no extra charge. Position - very close to U-bahn station, we could move around very easily. Distance to BMW museum/welt area is just 1 U-bahn stop away.

Pillows could be renewed. Also it would be nice to have some basic stuff in the bathroom (soap, shower, shampoo etc).

Didn't really stay much except for sleeping, but everything was nice and as expected. The location is fair but not perfect. It just depends on one needs. Proximity to Olympic park, BMW museum etc is nice. It's not a long metro ride to the center which is again OK. In our case it was a bit tricky using the Bayern train ticket which is only valid after 9AM on weekdays (which also makes the U-Bahn available only after 9 unless you want to pay double). This makes it a bit tricky (although doable) to catch a train before 10 for day trips to places like Garmish, Fussen or similar. But still, a nice place to stay, I was more or less aware of all this before making the booking.

Very friendly front desk, good amenities, location just a few minutes from metro, comfortable room and bed, really good air conditioning and shower, enjoyed the TV combined with my Chromecast (smooth Wifi!). Really good value for money. I loved my stay! Thank you to the team! :)

Although these were minor things that did not significantly impact my stay, I suggest making sure the inventory is checked and complete (for example there was only one bowl), bedding is deep-cleaned if needed, and fixtures are secure. (The keycard switch was loose in my room.)

The room is comfortable but not too spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Parking is right next to the building. Washer/Dryer is coin-operated. It is a (5-6 minute) walk to the subway and a short ride to downtown, so very accessible.

It was quite cold in November, I am not sure if heating was working properly While we were there, the parking garage was under renovation. However, staff was less than enthusiastic to show us nearby garages. Luckily the garage renovation did not take long, but the staff's attitude could be better. It would be super helpful to have the washer/dryer instruction signs in English.

The two-room apartment with a kitchenette had all the necessary utensils, a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. There were three beds (we were a group of four), with plenty of storage space and good, stable internet. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and we enjoyed having tea and coffee on the hotel's ground floor. The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway, shopping center, and park (though less relevant during the winter months). Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happy to stay there again!

There was a little noisy some days in the morning from the trains and garbage collection under the windows.

The location is not far from the Railway Station! Its only Euro 25 by Taxi-From the Oktoberfest location & the room has a Kitchenette and utensils too! The washroom & bed/beddings are excellent! Morning breakfast was a delight!!

I booked the room for two- but I was given free breakfast for only 1. My companion was charged. While the charge is only 11 Euro- It was unpleasent. Booking.com clearly advertised free breakfast . In fact on the last day I left at 3.30am- much earlier than the breakfast start time of 6.am. So the Hotel actually benefitted .

The proximity to the Stadium, the large parking lot, the size of the rooms is good. The comfort of the beds is good, although the quality of the pillows is not.

Since our arrival at the Lobby, there was a rather unpleasant smell in it. Next morning, during breakfast, the smell intensified in the breakfast area and lobby, so we deduced that the smell remains in the area after cooking... I feel that this area needs ventilation to avoid that bad smell, so disgusting.😖

It was clean and in a great location (close to the U and Olympia Park). The staff were so kind and helpful. There’s also a little shop with essentials and snacks which is so helpful. The layout of the room was great. I especially liked the different types of lighting available.

My mini fridge wasn’t on and there was no body wash. But I didn’t need either (I had my own body wash). I’m sure that if I had asked, both would’ve been sorted.

The apartment was well equipped (all necessary to stay for a week or more) staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the welcome drink at the reception, which was a cool water with some herbs or syrup, perfect for hot days in Munich. Metro is 5 min walk. In the morning we bought some pastries in a bakery nearby and could have them with coffee in the common breakfast area during the meals time.

Hard to say, all was good.

The service was nice, the location is far but its quiet and in a safe area close to an u-bahn station just 12 minutes from center, clean rooms and hallway ..

The rooms are quite small and cramped, so.if you plan to spend alot of time at the hotel you wont enjoy it The AC was working but not very strong، still we managed just fine this time of year
