This is the third the niu I've stayed in and as always it was very clean and nicely decorated. One of my friends had a room basically just across from the elevator and she didn't hear a thing. The friend in the room next to mine also asked if I heard him making noises by accidentally hitting stuff, but I also didn't catch any of that, meaning those rooms are very soundproof. The bathroom isn't big, but far from feeling crowded. There's more than enough space to store your things and the shower also is suited for bigger people. We chose to eat in for dinner. For being frozen pizzas they were surprisingly good! We also had some of the frozen cocktails (only get them if you can handle a ton of sugar!) and the signature drink with the Malfy gin (really really good!) Breakfast was also fantastic. It's not the biggest selection, but well chosen. Snacks (Chips, nuts, chocolates) and cold drinks can be bought in the lobby. Air conditioner worked lovely and was set to nice 20 degrees by default.

For longer stays a small fridge may be nice to store drinks and such.

You get one free drink per person if you skip cleaning for a night The air conditioning in the room was also great. It is positive that they have some toys in the room for kids. The room was clean and quiet.

There was not a single cupboard or other furniture for storage. We couldn't pack out our clean clothes anywhere but on a small chair, or onto the floor. The elevator was broken on day 2, and we tried to use one of the stairs to go down to have breakfast, but at the bottom of it, we went through a door on ground floor, and we locked ourselves out onto the street. We had to go around the building. Some signs on the wall would be nice, to know where to reach stairs which would bring you to the reception, which doors should not be opened etc.

- very clean - good breakfast with a wide variety - wifi worked fine - close to the Olympiahalle

- there were 2 narrow mattresses and two small duvets even though it was supposed to be a double room with a queen bed for single use - no shower cabin, just a curtain which is not very effective - water in the shower was not hot enough - no fridge/minibar, tea/coffee service in the room - no real restaurant or bar, the guy serving drinks at the reception was incredibly slow - not a single grocery store near the hotel - far from metro station

The hotel is located next to 2 metro stations. Also the parking is really good. The variety of teas for the breakfast was great. The room was modern and the bed was of a good quality. We had 3 pillows so you can choose which one you prefer. The internet connection was stable and suitable for videos. The lobby suits well for working with your laptop. We had a quiet room. Also we haven't heard any noise outside. Also the idea with a free drink for no cleaning during the stay is good. We liked it.

The room was barely suitable for 2 people. There is no proper wardrobe. So you can't place there lots of clothes. Be prepared that there is no fridge or mini-bar. It's visible on the photos. The table was too small to work. For drinks and working space you need to go in the lobby. At the beginning we smell smoke in the bathroom. The hotel personnel fixed it on the same day I reported it. Also the breakfast could be a bit more various. Otherwise all good.

Lovely hotel in Munich. Room was perfect, clean and good facilities. Staff were good. Parking at hotel. Really nice stay. Close to the BMW museum and the Olympiaturm.

Had to pay for parking at the hotel, which was €10 per day. I thought that a little unfair, but maybe that's standard in a big city. Parking was unground and really safe though, which was perfect. Location was quite far away from the city centre if you didn't have a car, or didn't want to drive. Lots of public transport available though so don't let that put you off! Hotel room didn't have a kettle, which I missed having.

I made quite huge research on Booking.com when I need to book a hotel in Munchen. In this case, I read many reviews from each hotel. For Niu the Brass hotel, all reviews were good! And it turns out, that in the real life, everything is exactly as it was in reviews! I like the design of this hotel! The bed, pillows, and cuvet were very comfortable and warm! Bathroom I loved too! In the reception, we asked for a quiet room, and we got it! We didn't hear any of the noises - no water running, no talking, no cars, no nothing! It is happening for the first time in all my travelling experience. The breakfast was also good! I like the pancake machine :) Alonge that there were many other delicious things and good coffee! I can agree with those, who are saying that the hotel is quite a distance from the city centre. But when booking this hotel, the person should evaluate for what purpose he is doing so. We attended MOC hall, and the location for the hotel in this case was good. Or the way to Austria. If I will need to choose an again hotel for the next year, probably I will book it again, because the price-performance was 1000 % for the quality that we received.

When you book this hotel, you need to know that in the evening there is no near place where to eat. We don't know, maybe the hotel is offering something. There is near the kabab store, but closing at 10 in the evening. We entered there at 9.30 and we couldn't buy anything, because they decided to finish work earlier. And in the nearest Shell, there are just-drinks. A little bit further there was Greek Restaurant. The shops are closing at 8 in the evening. And actually, the city centre in the winter is almost dead after that time, as well as the region around the hotel. But this obstacle wasn't a huge problem.

There are some good restaurants near the hotel (I can really recommend Bäckerei Ziegler for breakfast). Hotel is located near the BMW museum (about 20 min walk), which is a plus if you want to visit while in Munich. Hotel was easy to get to from the highway.

Parking in the hotel is weird - parking spaces are set on some kind of platforms, that seem to be able to lift up and have two more spaces underneath. Unfortunatelly due to the construction type parking spaces are difficult to park in.

The breakfast was good, the hotel looks very clean and has a bar and restaurant. The room was perfect size for your basic needs and isnt too far from the U-Bahn. It was a reasonable price considering I booked it a week before Oktoberfest started.

No fridge or extra blankets in room as its a small room with just the basics (to be fair... I didnt ask for extra.) Its not far from the U-bahn but its about a 10 minute walk in-between 2 stations. Kinda far from the city center. Breakfast is good but is too expensive at 14.50 per person per day. Parking also costs $10 a day though street parking around the block is free.

The location was perfect for the Olympic Park and close to walk to the U bahn. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and it was great to have access to a speaker for our music. We liked the incentive of a free drink for not having your room cleaned! They accommodated my request for baggage storage while we went elsewhere for 2 days - very helpful indeed.

For 5 nights and with 2 large suitcases, there wasn't much space to store everything in the room.

I loved how it was within walking distance to our attraction and to stores and restaurants and it felt very safe and transportation was easy to get weather catching the bus that’s free might I add to needing a taxi the hotel was right next to it all

The only thing I saw that I had to get use to were that there were no electrical sockets in the room only usb ports so I was able to charge my phone but not my portable charging pack and the room had no iron.
