I stay often in B&B hotels when I travel for work. Rooms are clean and the price is good. I also like the the breakfast 👍🏻

Although a personal told me that I can check-in via Kiosk (my check-in time was out of reception time), it did not function. I am glad that they called me in the evening before I arrived and sent the password to my room as well as room number. But I was in train when they called me and they might have not reached me. What would happen then ? Self check-in could have been easier.

Very good located - we came for concert and we were happy to simply walk to the venue through park. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Room was small, perfect for travelling with little luggage. There’s bakery, stores and even shopping mall next to hotel, so everything is covered in case of forgetting anything. There’s vending machine inside, if shops are closed late at night.

Housekeeping walked on us twice - if anyone want to sleep little bit longer should remember to hang note tag outside the room.

The room and en-suite bathroom were spotless. Entry using the key code was problem free. The staff were friendly. The hotel was close enough to public transport. I was able to walk there from the nearest U-Bahn Station with ease even with a heavy rucksack on my back.

The breakfast on offer at the time was disappointing but as far as I know the hotel is undergoing renovation so this might be different in the future.

The room was small, but the space has been utilised well. It was close to Olympiapark. The hotel has "digitalised check in" through a machine), so maybe that could be a problem for less tech savvy guests. But cleanliness was great, easily accessible, quite neighbourhood and there's a bakery connected to the hotel, which is great for lazy mornings. Also, the bed was super comfortable and there is an AC in the room (since those are not common in Germany).

You have to be lucky to catch the staff at the reception and you cannot enter the parking lot without a card from the reception...

The rooms were rather small, or at least smaller than the pictures try to show There was no AC unit, but a central cooling system; I did not mind much as it did its job, but it should be described as such The window is just above the bed and the curtain did not fully block the sunlight coming from outside. This is an issue in the morning, at least for me, as it was difficult to sleep The hotel is a bit far from the center

The room was perfectly fine for a 2-night stay; it was clean, the staff was nice, wifi was working well. Entry system with the numbers lock is a bit confusing at first, but one gets used to it. Doors weren't really soundproof, so sometimes you'd hear people talking on their phones in the hallway. However, inside your room you didn't hear anything from your neighbors or from the outside. I'd stay here again anytime.

The cheapest solution to be in walking distance to the Olympiastadion. The rooms were a bit small and had limited facilities but it was budgeted for that, and that's what was important for me. The location was excellent and the parikng space is readily available for 10 EUR/night.

At check-in the receptionist was talking only in very short, simple sentences, one or two words, it was hard a bit to put together the message. I could not understand why he did that, as I was speaking German enough. Not a big deal though, the information was correct.

Close to the stadium, very clean, very kind staff, I booked a twin room wrongly and they make an instant change when I asked.

I asked for a parking place when I reserved but they didn’t answer, when I came there there weren’t availability… fortunately the parking in front of the hotel was available. Breakfast was poor and not included.

Under new management this hotel remains same clean and value for money as before. Of course needs some renovation but it mainly concerns the reception area. Excellent choice for a couple of days stay. Big advantage the next door bakery where provides breakfast from 07:00 at your one choice and budget. Also positive the supermarket 50m and the metro station 200m (7-8 stations to city center). If you are lucky free parking outside the hotel door but also the well protected underground parking for 10 euros per day is nothing for Germany.

The hotels must be renovated but as the staff told us has been programed by the new owners.

The room was very small and convenient, no additional fancy stuff. It was clean, had a toilet, sink and shower and of course a comfortable bed. For a business trip it was excellent. The nearby bakery was very nice to have breakfast at.

Perhaps a proper working place, a sink at the toilet room and also a refrigerator, but in total it was perfectly fine without those things.
