Simplicity of rooms help to maintain hygiene at every corner. The lighting of the room is also great. You also have access to sky sports from your TV. The Breakfast was great and complete. The reception, housekeeping and the restaurant team are exceptionally supportive people. The location is in front of U-bahn and you are about 15 minutes away from the city center. Easily one of the best 3 star hotels available. For me, this hotel has priority over many 4-star hotels.

If a neighbor opens their window, the noise from the flow of wind toward the corridor might be disturbing. Sometimes they have lots of guests that you can hardly reach the elevator.

The location, the layout of the room, the view, easy check in and check out, 4 lifts wich is very helpful as this hotel is quite busy. The bed and the pillow was good for me as I don't like when the pillowis too high. Overall I think this hotel is a very good value for money.

Our sink drain did not work and we could not open it. We did not report it, however we expected that the cleaners can do something about it during the 4 days.. Luckily we had another sink next to the toilet so we were able to use that. There was no cakes and croissants on the breakfast. Worth to go to the breakfast 9 o'clock or before because later hard to find even a empty table or sits.

The hotel is very close to the metro and you can walk to the Olympic Park. It's a really great location. There are plenty of scooters parked outside the hotel for hire, as well as bicycles if you prefer that kind of transport. The room is clean. The breakfast is very tasty. If you go later for breakfast expect a big crowd. The staff are friendly. Parking is under the hotel, extra charge. Definitely recommend for a short visit.

A little smelly from the drains in the bathroom and toilet. Probably due to the plumbing rather than the cleanliness. We had two bunk beds in the room, but I would never allow my children (6 and 8 years old) to sleep on top as there is practically no protective fence.

I loved the location, it’s perfect for after concerts at the Olympia Hall. The rooms are also very spacious for 3 people and everything was modern. Very well connected, there was an underground station literally 3 meters from the hotel’s door. So convenient! The room and bathroom where clean and the staff was nice. I loved the 24/7 restaurant!! Amazing

The pillows are way too thin, it was like sleeping on a paper sheet. They definitely need to get thicker nicer pillows or at least give 2 of the thin pillows per person.

This is a great hotel to stay when visiting Munich, specially with a car. Hotel is located on the metro station, so there is entrance to metro 15 meters from the entrance to hotel - metro takes 12min to central square Mareinplatz. There is also large garage under the hotel, parking costs 18€ per night. Rooms are nice with fairly new furniture, looks modern. Restaurant serves breakfast till 11 on weekends and till 10 on weekdays. Restaurant is quite large, but there was still some waiting time wehn entering restaurant due to large amount of guests (hotel has 20 floors). But there was enogh food nevertheless, so it was a very good breakfast (also for vegans). Would stay here again.

Except for queues for breakfast in the morning there really is nothing to complaint!

The hotel is perfectly located next to Olympic park and the BMW museum. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Old Town. We were there for New Year's Eve and the fireworks are just across at the Olympic Park hill - I don't think there could be a better location in the city for the atmosphere, view & fun! The room is large - sparsely decorated with all the essentials and exceptionally clean. The toilet & shower are separate rooms which is great for traveling with fiends. Breakfast (included) is huge and they will keep serving as long as you like. The coffee is good with delicious choices for food!

The bed was very hard and the pillows were thin & uncomfortable.

The room was very comfortable and included everything I needed. I enjoyed the view, it was absolutely perfect! The location is very convenient with a train station right outside the hotel. One stop only to reach the BMW Museum/Olympiapark. There was included breakfast and a restaurant that seemed to be open at all hours. The staff were helpful in giving advice and I would stay here again when next in Munich. Good foyer/lobby area to wait in also.

The pillows could have been more comfortable but I just used both and bunched them up to create more volume.

Great location, super comfortable room for 4. Breakfast was good enough. Very clean. It's right in front of the subway station. Very quiet and great environment at night in the restaurant.

The room needs a Kettle, sometimes I need to drink tea or coffee and had to buy. The cleaning staff didn't refill the soap in the shower even thought we asked, and had to use the one in the sink. The towels were accumulating in the room.

Everything was excellent. We loved the view of the room, the beds were very comfortable, the room was well equipped and clean, the hotel is very well situated (only 1 minute away from the U-bahn station, which was a big plus for us), the breakfast is very good and you can also serve lunch or dinner in the same restaurant (also very good). The auto-check in facility, which allows you to check in and pay online before you get to the hotel was very useful and it can save you a lot of time (we only spent another 3 minutes at the check in machine before it got us our hotel cards). The staff were also smiling and very nice. All in all we loved the stay and we would come back surely.

There was no inconvenience to our stay.

We were a little apprehensive having read other reviews but pleasantly surprised! Bathroom spacious, room very comfortable and large. We both had twin rooms with beds pushed together. Our view from the 18th floor was incredible! Staff were amazing! Check in a delight (thank you Sam?) and plenty of room in parking under hotel.

For such a big hotel, it's a shame the restaurant (snack bar) doesn't offer more food. After a long day of travel, I wanted something a little more than wraps, burgers or pizza. Everything else was perfect though!
