Good location and hotel parking available.

There is no reception staff. We had fire alarm at night and whole hotel was evacuated. We had zero information, explanation or excuse coming from hotel. Communication with service support is poor - they promise everything but no action taken after in real.

The location is out of the city but the underground train is only a 5 min walk away or the tram is a 20 min walk away. Also there is a shopping centre & eating places a 5 min walk away too. Room a good size & bed comfortable & plenty of room to store belongings.

There was no cutlery in the room & had to ask for it. Also couldn't get into room using the code, called the number for assistance, they tried to reset it & it didn't fix the issue. Security ended up arriving & replaced the batteries, this solved the issue. This whole process took one hour from first contact to being able to get in the room, this was an unacceptable amount of time as I had to ear my dinner in the hallway & had some groceries in a bag that needed refrigeration.

We arrived at the location with no details as to how to check-in. Luckily a very efficient staff member (Michelle) helped with the online check-in, parking for our car and most importantly freezer storage for my husband's medication. The venue is conveniently located for travel into the city centre and there is a shopping centre nearby. We had various problems - insufficient towels, TV not working but these were dealt with promptly via WhatsApp.

The lack of information prior to check-in was very stressful. I believe that they are attempting to move towards having no staff at the site and this could cause problems. Our room for 2 only had towels, duvet for 1. TV didn't work.

The room has everything you need for a longer stay. The bathroom is big, there are enough shelves and hangers for clothes. Basic equipment in the kitchen. Coffee and tea prepared. Washer and dryers in house. Generally clean common areas.

Each night there was a lingering smell of marijuana in the hallway. I found this quite annoying and rude. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel, however should be regulated somehow or declared a drug-free establishement. You have to get your own toiletpaper as well, this wasn't clear to us, so we bought our own. You have to be aware that linens you suppose to replace yourself. Again, it was just not clear for us and we would have appreciated more clear explanations. The shower head was falling off the rod, that should be fixed. The lights at the side tables from the bed were either both on or off. You can’t regulate it individually. So if you have 2 people the light is either on or off for both of you.

Perfect for short work stay. Has everything you need. Very good wifi, a gym, laundrette, kitchenette included in the apartment with all the utensils, clean and the location is great. There is no staff but you can always contact them and when you need fresh towels, coffee capsules, etc. there is a room where you can go anytime. I booked this last-minute after a bad experience in a hotel opposite the main train station called Bayer's and was so relieved to find everything is fine.

Clean, silent, and easily accessible. 5 minutes walking distance from the U-ban. There are a lot of shopping centres and fast food joints in the vicinity. Parking was an additional cost of 12€ per day. All contacts with the personnel were through the application WhatsApp.

Some small vent was running all night long, which was annoying, and the air was very dry. It was very hot in the room, too hot for the bed cover. On the cooking plate was a big sign that fire alarm can be triggered with cooking and that in that case firefighters will come what would then cost us at least 1.500€. All windows are sealed, so we were not using a cooking plate at all.

Recommend to anyone.home away from home, clean. Perks like working station ( room) , nice lobby. Lockers. Really super nice personal. Thank you to ppl who work on the property and online. Comfy beds. They are supernaturally 24/7 with u. Me who don’t like codes , no reception hotels ( due to almost always having some problems in the room and often no reply from other part for hours) in short that hotel show me that codes can be super comfortable! And I felt warm from their friendly attitude.

The room was very clean, and presented well. Beds were comfy and room was nice, bathroom came stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. Although we didn't get to enjoy it, the gym looked nice, and the location was handy, as the Underground was just within walking distance.

I booked the room because of the kitchen, but there wasn't much to cook or clean with. There was no sponge to wash dishes or many kitchen items to cook with but we made do with what was there, and it was still a lovely place. I imagine most people don't cook, so it's probably not a big deal. The tea and coffee was a nice touch.

The location of the apartment is good. It is 5 minutes away from Olympia Einkaufszentrum station, and there is a 24/7 open Mcdonalds, a large shopping mall, Aldi and Decathlon within 10mins walking distance. It does take around 20minutes to get to the city center though. The instructions for checking in and finding our apartment were spot on, and the customer support was very vigilant and responsive, and always responded in a matter of minutes for any questions we had. The room was spacious, clean, and with good amenities. The bed was very comfortable.

The building is really nice, and I liked the decoration. My room was amazing, with a wonderful view. I really liked the fact that you don't need a key, just a code to enter the premises, which was very convenient, especially since we were there for Oktoberfest. The hotel is close to a metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. It's also near a shopping center and supermarkets, which is really handy. There's also a McDonald's about 5 minutes away, and I believe it's open 24 hours. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend NUMA if you're looking for a great place with good value for money.

The only thing that annoyed me a bit was the heater. It was a bit hot at times, and we couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature, but it wasn't a big problem.
