Ausbildungshotel St. Theresia

Extremely clean, well-maintained and rather modern rooms incl. bath (6th floor) and hotel (incl. hallways) - pristine carpets in hallway and room, spick and span bathroom, comfortable bed and towels! Very friendly and approachable staff. Very quiet despite its proximity to a major road (Mittlerer Ring). About 7-10min walk to streetcar (tram) or subway (U-bahn), which will get you within 15 or 6 minutes, respectively, to central station, from where you can start exploring Munich (Karlsplatz/Stachus, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt...). (Haven't had a look or meal at the breakfast hall or any other amenity; parking is 10€/ night.)

I booked it for very good price, room without bathroom. Location is good but when I came metro, tram was in strike for 24 hours. All looks pretty new. I like it so much.

Very big noise 8 -10 AM when anybody went out of their room for toilet, doors were slamming eveytime, it was crazy. Quite expensive breakfast, I didn't try it. Room was almost big enough to fit small bathroom, I don't understand why they didn't put it there. There could be TV in the room, but it wasn't. I didn't sleep well, 1 bed could be bigger, more comfortable. Even all this, I liked to be there.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and, overall, the hotel looked quite empty and calm (probably because it was the middle of August). A good choice if you can't afford something closer to the centre of Munich.

Not super-nice staff whose English was not great but that did try. Please note that the hotel is a kind of "youth hostel" so many young people and oriented towards them (in case it's not your thing). Public transportation to the centre takes about 20/30 minutes.

Everything was perfect- my room was ready before 2 PM, so I was allowed to do the check-in earlier. The room was soundproof, spacy, and very clean! The bathroom was very clean as well, there was not a single stain/ dust etc. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable bed I slept in. The staff was very kind and helpful, I need to print a document, and they kindly did it for me. Also, the district is calm and super cute, there are many nice places to grab food/ coffee around. There's a great Balkan bakery nearby, just cca 5 min away from the hotel. The Olympia park is also super close, just 10 min on foot. I'll come back to this hotel!

Hotel spotless clean. New and comfortably warm in a particularly cold couple of days. Location ok, city centre easily reachable by tram or nearby metro station. Quiet at night.

Breakfast was fixed as set combos. Not much variety within the options but quality seemed OK. We had to upgrade our room as the one we first booked had no private bathroom- something which it wasn't clear from the Booking description. Not a big problem as the upgrade included breakfast.

Good suburban location a short walk from the Ubahn and Olympic Park. The cleanliness was exceptional with daily house maids if required. Best I've seen. I'm a big guy so mattress is important, this one was good quality. Danke!

Only 2 things I can think of. Perhaps 2 pillows in each room, I did get an upgrade immediately from the nice cleaning lady, or harder ones. It does get humid in the rooms as there's no AC. Not a moan, an observation as I know that would be costly.

Nice, spacious and clean room and the bathroom. The hotel is in a perfect location - green trees everywhere, in a walking distance to a very nice Nymphenburg palace and its large and very nice park and is also close to a tram which takes you to the historic centre in a few minutes. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was also good with a selection of drinks (tea, coffee, juice, water), cheese, ham, vegetables, scrambled and boiled eggs and others as one would expect. Overall ve were very satisfied.

Location is in a nice neighborhood near Olympia park and Nymphenburg Palace. My room was on the top floor a nice single bed room with bathroom that has shampoo/bodywash. There is even a small TV. Bed is very comfortable.

Due to vicinity of main road there is a lot of traffic noise during the night. I came prepared with earplugs. The parking lot is really small but you can find street parking.

A very plain but comfortable room with an excellent price point and close to public transport. Wonderful safe neighborhood just outside the city - there's a public park and kid's soccer field outside the front door. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including an incredible, huge authentic beer garden right down the street that attracts locals in droves. FYI parking is not free, but it's not expensive either and it's right there on the property. This is a German "teaching" property, where the mostly young staff is learning the hospitality business; as such, they are incredibly helpful and anxious to please. Very nice. Stayed for two days and would stay there again without hesitation.

Would have liked more than one towel and one pillow.

Very nice place, well located (and with some parking places, which is a rarity in Munich), and calm. Staff is very gentle, rooms are very clean. The breakfast may seem expensive, but is copious, so it is worth your money!

I cannot think of anything, everything was perfect.
