Reception staff were fantastic

The reception staff are expected to be superhuman - desk jobs; to prepare food; barista; barman They do a fantastic job, are well trained, and obliging Really great people who helped us deal with a lost passport matter Accor is expecting an unreasonable amount from the staff - maybe you need a third person to do the catering side? As to the room, this would benefit from having a safe The shower would benefit from handrails to assist those who are physically challenged We have used Ibis in London, Berlin, Paris, and enjoy the value

Already third time I book there. It is very comfortable, clean, simple and have one of the absolute best breakfast ever :)

The only part I wasn't a fan of is that the house keeping will come to your room no matter what. I hanged this sign on the door twice and twice they came in. First time I was out of the room. But second time I was there and she literally came in. I don't like at all :( I need my privacy.

- Great location with the Marstrasse tram stop 50 meters away. The Donnersbergerbrucke rail stop is 250 meters away and is on the S8 and S1 lines which go to the airport. The shortest path from the rail station to the Ibis is to take the bridge that's in the direction of the Hackerbrucke station. away from the Hampton Hilton. - the staff is friendly and accommodating. They gave us an electric kettle. - a quiet location still just 10-15 minutes from Marienplatz - ZOB central bus station at Hackerbrucke has a variety of restaurants and stores including a Lidl

- the free Wi-Fi is open and can be spotty at peak times - the rooms are small but functional - wish they had a fitness center

Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are well insulated that there is little noise from outside or from within the hotel. Staff were excellent, competent, friendly and professional. Location was perfect for our visit to Munich.

As with many hotels, the mattresses have a cover for hygiene purposes. However, they generally have poor air permeability and sadly here was no exception. Our room was a little warm, but this was likely to be our fault as we had opened the window and were then unable to run the A/C. Car park was a little expensive, reflecting public parking rather than that of an hotel.

The staff and the location is very nice. 100 mts away from the tram stop and 700 mts away from metro station. You can reach the town centre in 10 mins using the tram. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are very small but well appointed. The shower was clean and convenient.

I wish the room was a tiny bit bigger but that's IBIS. Economical and convenient. There were hardly any vegetarian friendly options in the breakfast buffet.

The room was large enough for a short stay. Everything was super clean, the bathroom was comfortable with a good space to put your toiletry stuff. There is no minibar in the room, however for 1 night there was no need to have it. A nice bar is next to the reception. The bed was OK (I prefer harder beds), the pillow was soft, for me a little higher. The room was nicely soundproof, there is a busy road outside but with closed window it was absolutely ok. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is to be paid extra (15 Eur) and I was surprised how good it was. For me the choice was perfect, everything was fresh and tasty and there was plenty of everything. I appreciated the possibility to make own fresh waffles. There is a large parking garage under the hotel for extra fee, on arrival it is necessary to go round the hotel (if arriving from the direction when you have the hotel on the right side) to come to the garage entrance (located on the right side of the building complex just in front of coming back to the hight street).

Everything was OK

Hotel had all the basics I needed, the breakfast was excellent, super clean, great staff, close to the train station, bus station and the tram stop was just a block away. The price was not cheap but considering everything it was fair (this city is expensive) and I would for sure choose this hotel again.

The room was a little small. But it had everything I could have possible needed. The shower of the bathroom was a little small even for one person.

The room was clean and isolation was good enough. The bed was comfortable and appropriate for 2 people so we could sleep well. We include the breakfast in our reservation and it was good. The variety was not wide, but everything was very tasty. The bar was great. The staff was very nice and attentive all the time.

The space in the room is reduced to move around. Also it was a little expensive for me compared with other hotels with better location and services included. It was a very basic hotel for the price. It would be nice to get better toiletries as some people who travel for work or only with carry on baggage, as in our case, can get a better experience.

+ breakfast was amazing - many options to choose from and also considerate for food allergies + bed was extremely comfortable + room was very quiet + bathroom was very well designed so even when the size was not so big, it did not feel claustrophobic

I really liked the room, but there were pretty much no amenities in the room (no appliances besides TV and hairdryer) - I would expect at least a kettle and a minifridge. The size of the "desk" was also a little disappointing.

The staff and location were amazing. You can walk downtown or take the nearby tram. Hotel and parking were easy to get to. A young man working there actually called our room to inform us that we booked my son’s room for the wrong night as he remembered he was coming in the next day. This is customer service at its finest and I will stay here again, as well as recommend this hotel to others.
