Family run hotel in very convenient location close to Rotkreutzplatz and transport. The room was clean and quiet, on the small size but perfectly adequate for a short stay, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the reasonable price and was excellent! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room at the rear was a little dark but it was quiet. Beware the small 2cm step into the room from the hallway!! The bathroom was a little cramped but clean.

Very nice hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great all the time so we really anticipated it each evening. The location was not central but it had a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, 30 min to the railway station, and a relaxing ~45 walk to the Nymphenburg palace (which we didn't like btw) and park. The area itself was very quiet but few times we heard someone trying to throw a party. We admired the cultural level staff and owners try to keep in this hotel.

The bathroom was a bit too small and we had all kinds of bugs in the room because of the window that was opened before our arrival.

very small elevator (it was difficult to fit in with all bags and suitcases), no aircon, our room was facing the main street so it was loud from the street (we needed to have to windows open as it was hot - no aircon)

Public transportation is near, quiet surrondings, good breakfast, nice staff. For 3 people we had got a spaceful accomodation.

Access to the room was strange, because you had to go through the gang or the balcony to get to the room. And this path is a bit outdated.

Staff was very good, they were very accommodating, Bed was very comfortable, Location was also very good, everything you need is nearby. Breakfast was also good. The garden in the front of hotel is a nice touch.

Very tight parking, the bathroom floor's level was weird which made water go towards the room, This happened cuz the bath cubicle was leaking water. I saved the flooding just in time.

The posters everywhere are fabulous, it was a great feel and i like the fact that it was not a sterile modern hotel like so many these days. The staff were so lovely and our suite was amazing.

We would have liked the hearing turned down slightly but this is a personal preference.

Lack of aircon might be a bit harsh in high heat, and bathroom is a bit dated.

As a vegan traveller, I appreciated some vegan options for breakfast, including soy milk, vegan butter and spreads. The staffs were extremely kind and friendly. I liked the particular taste of the decor with many exhibition posters.

My room had the smell of the Indian restaurant next door, but this may be due to the room's location. It eased off when I left the window open for a while.
