The staff were all friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was excellent each day, very good quality and quantity with all tastes catered for. The twin room was clean, tidy and very comfortable with ample supply of hot water for showers / bath. The location is excellent for transport links to both the Underground system and easy walking into the centre of Munich. We either used public transport or walked for our entire stay in Bavaria - it was both easy and economical. The hotel is also well placed for local places to eat, both local cafe's and beer houses / pubs / restaurants.

It was all good, no complaints. I cannot think of anything to complain about at all.

The staffs are very nice. They lend us universal adapter as well us give us a room even if we went there at 9 only to drop bags off. They even agreed to store our bags all day during the day of the checkout. I’m very grateful. The breakfast also has a lot of varieties and taste good.

The 3 people room is a bit crammed. It’s really hard to walk to the window. There’s also no air con which is no problem to me but my friends says that it’s nearly unbearable. I feel like it’s fine for September, but if you visit during summer it might be too hot.

Very friendly staff, large room with all necessary equipment, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very close to city centre (2 stops by subway to Sendlinger Tor)

Underground parking is very compact and you need to take out all the necessary items from the car before you park it (it is almost impossible after the car has been parked)

The hotel is located on a quiet and very beautiful street with traditional houses. Interesting rooms, furniture a bit old but well maintained and somehow is exactly what you expect to find in a hotel in Bavaria. Good buffet breakfast, same options every day but enough to choose and tasty. Close to the U-Bahn and bus stations, close to the city center (about 20-30 min walking). A lot of options to eat and drink around, we liked Paulaner garden and BrewsLi - Der Biermacher for a lot of home made varieties of beer.

Friendly check in staff. Location was great, easy to public transportation. Good price.

Excellently located hotel a world away from the hub-bub of Munich city centre, but only a few stops away from the main squares and other sights. Staff were very helpful and friendly and you felt immediately at home here. Breakfast had a lot of selection, but did get busy at times with an over-spill area in the reception, that worked ok though. Ask the staff for when the quieter times are. Nearby there are restaurants, U-Bahn, a park, buses and a beer garden. A great place to stay in Munich overall.

Very nice room, I like it. Comfortable bathroom, many TV channels, excellent breakfast. Location isn't in city center, but near is U-Bahn station, it tooks just few minutes to come to HBF or Sendlinger Tor without change. I also often went by foot, it tooks about 30 minutes to reach Hofbreuhaus:) Mini bar in room was good and not so expensive. Great that all day and night there is somebody on reception and you can ask for something if needed, everybody was very kind and ready to help

Wi Fi isn't stable, every few minutes it fell off, so need to turn off/on again. I didn't work there so it wasn't big problem for me, but calls via messangers were unstable and lasted only for 10 minutes then turned off

The staff was very friendly and helpfull and the hotel was clean. Furthermore, they served a very extensive breakfast, with a lot of different choices. The hotel is located close to a metro station, so travelling around the city is easy.

The WiFi didn't always work very well and every morning at 6:45h I woke up due to a truck loading/unloading stuff outside. It was also a pity that the hotel does have fitness facilities and a sauna, but they were not in use due to Covid reasons (which I don't understand, because the only other restriction I noticed in Germany were the obligatory masks in public transport). Mostly minor things if you ask me, but still worth mentioning.

The location was really nice!! Across the street and up some stairs was a really nice little park that our kids got to enjoy, as well. I pestered the gentleman at the front a few times and he was very accommodating.

The garage is tight and it’s difficult to get in and out of your vehicle. Despite this, it was very neat, and something I had never seen before with a lifting system to stack cars. I’m not describing this properly.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. The location is very good - the U-bahn is few minutes away bo foot. a distance of few stations from all central locations. The breakfast is very good. I totally recommend.

The wifi is very weak. When we stayed, the hotel was fully booked, and the wifi didn’t almost work at all in the rooms. only on the lobby. The cellular signal is also very weak in the rooms, so basically most of the time, you have no internet access at all and need to go to the lobby for that.
