The location was very central to the main sights in Munich. Great location. Breakfast was phenomenal. Highly recommended for breakfast, it was absolutely lovely, we enjoyed it very much. The room was quite comfortable and clean, we were pretty happy with it. The beds were comfortable.

It was very hot and muggy when we were there and we were told that all rooms had fans and SOME rooms had air conditioning. SOME rooms? That's strange. Well, none of the rooms really had air conditioning, even the ones that were "supposed" to, and our room didn't even have a fan. We asked for one and they brought us one, but that was one thing that could have been improved.

The room was a very good size, very clean and comfortable and centrally located with an easy walk to most attractions. The main bus terminal is only 25 min walk or there is a bus stop quite close. The included breakfast was very good.

Not all rooms have A/C, and while this is not uncommon in EU, my booking stated that there was A/C. This should be better communicated. Our room did not have afternoon sun and we were provided with 2 fans, so we were not uncomfortable. The outside temp during our visit was 33c.

First of all i have to say that the hotel didn't know about our reservation via booking.com. I don't know whose wad the fault, but also this doesn't matter. The staff didn't refuse to host us and at a price which was below the actual price, as i understood later. This for me is the most important and its a clear 10/10!!! The location is excellent and the breakfast was decent.

The bathroom was old and unrenοvated and the bath tub is a little bit dangerous to slip. For the price I paid for a family room everything was perfect, but for the price, i think, the hotel asks I think the room is overpriced.

The hotel is only an 8-10 minute walk from Marienplatz. There is no U-Bahn right next to the hotel, but there is an S and everywhere is accessible by other transport links. The breakfast was very good. I had a large covered terrace with table and chairs and in warmer weather it would be a great bonus. The mattress, duvet and pillow were lovely, just to my taste. The bathroom had everything but a hair dryer, but that wasn't a problem for me since I was only staying four nights. It was very warm - with steam heating and air conditioning. The room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay at the same hotel on my next trip.

I have no comments - I am very satisfied.

The location is fantastic, so close to the centre of Munich but on a quiet street away from everything. The proximity to the transport network is great too, you can be at the hotel door-to-door from the airport in under 40 minutes. The hotel itself is very clean and our room was huge, with a separate section for a dressing area, large bathroom and large balcony, that even though it was sub-zero in winter, it was still nice to stand on in the morning and take in the city for a few moments. Aside from that the breakfast was limited if you're after hot food, but excellent for cold food and some local delicacies. I also want to reserve a line for the staff who were so helpful throughout our whole stay, especially for accommodating us at breakfast when things were busy to ensure we got in to eat in the shortest time possible and helping us out when we needed guidance around the city. Just a superb place to stay for a city break!

The hotel was in a very central location close to S-Bahn and within walking distance to major sights. Rooms were always clean and the soundproofing was adequate. The windows were great at silencing the road noise once they were closed. The stay was overall very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The staff was okay, housekeeping was always on point.

There were no kettles or tea/coffee facilities in the room, we had to ask for them at the reception. Pillows were somewhat uncomfortable at first. Breakfast room was also relatively small and crowded.

It was close to the main train station and close to attractions, we were able to walk everywhere. It was clean and the front desk staff were nice. Reasonably priced.

The beds were very firm, made it difficult to get comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant because we arrived later in the evening and were too tired to go out and the staff was not very pleasant, made us feel like we were not welcomed. The food was O.K., but we did regret eating there.

The hotel was in a great location! Close to the train, bus, supermarket and plenty of restaurants! Our stay was very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly! The lovely lady at reception provided great directions and assisted everytime we had a question. Loved the breakfast downstairs as well. They had an equal balance between standard breakfast foods and something a little bit different. Loved trying the different options!

The hotel is run by a family and you can feel the love and warm welcome from the moment you arrive. We were 3 people in 2 different room. My room was without a balcony but that's not their fault. immediately the son who's working on day shift helped me and upgraded me to a room with balcony and AC as well. AC wasn't what we booked for but he was very understanding and helpful. The room size was just perfect. it was facing the street yet you hear nothing and can sleep peacefully. The AC was set to a perfect temperature all day long. The balcony was big enough and the Arabic housekeepers were extremely amazing and polite. Location was just perfect. Isartor metro station was only 2 minutes away and you can go anywhere you want from there. Guess what? you can go to the airport and back using Isartor metro using S line in less than 35 minutes. Honestly this hotel is a catch. Thank you to the son who made my trip just perfect. Wish we stayed longer but I will be back and this will be my place. Shout out to the guy who works after midnight for being very supportive and manage to extend my room although I didn't stay due to my friends I go with them back home :(

Nothing. Really everything was just perfect.

The welcome at the front desk was very warm and we felt very welcome! We got all the help we needed. The room was very clean, spacious, and a balcony. There was also an air-conditioning, and the window could be opened. Breakfast was okay, all you need was there. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area, but still close to the center and public transport. We enjoyed our stay very much!
