Fantastic location if you plan to use the bus system to see the sites - The buses are very good in Munich. Supermarket directly below the rooms - A+ for that too. Breakfast buffet with a nice relaxed atmosphere and scrambled eggs and bacon - very nice! The hotel is near the Isar river too for swimming. Bidets, kitchenettes, plumbing, and room decor all seemed new and very well thought out. I didn't use the sauna or gym but they looked nice. The staff were super nice too.

The air conditioning is variable between the rooms - we had two and in one the AC worked well and in the other it wasn't as strong. It was NOT hot outside so I do wonder how well it would hold up in a heat wave. It seemed to be a very modern AC system so maybe they are still working the kinks out of it - I think the air handlers must have varying airflow, because it appears multiple rooms share the same compressors? Also, the water pressure out of the shower/tub was pretty weak and also varied between the rooms.. Again this may be a function of variations in the valving? The plumbing/bathroom fixtures and quality are very nice.

- Very big room, lots of space - super comfortable bed and pillows, I slept great (not a given for me in hotels) - nice with a little kitchenette and bar seating area - great to have tea and coffee facilities, proper fridge - I asked for a quiet room and it was super quiet (I am VERY sensitive to noise for sleeping). It was next to the elevator so I was dubious at first, but with 2 doors to the bedroom, you could not hear a thing from the corridor (I stayed at the weekend). It was facing the inner garden - quiet location, but close to the center - supermarket next door - possible to turn off ventilation/aircon to make it quiet - possible to open the windows to air the room

- it was a bit dated - old smell when entering, but fixed with opening the window for a bit - quite bed smell from the fridge But these things didn’t bother me much as lots of space and good sleep were the most important things I appreciated about this hotel. If not these little things, it would have been a 10 and I’ll definitely stay here again when in this area of Munich

Loved the room, it was huge. It had a nice sized fridge, kitchenette and cutlery which was amazing! Meant we could nip to the supermarket (next door, very convenient) for water, breads, and cheese for breakfast! You could also bring some bottles back too (all around 1€ mark, golden). Bath & shower were great too, bath was lovely and long. Also had a bidet which is a massive plus.

The place was excellent, but some things you might like to know: I could've done with an extra pillow (only 1 on bed). (to be fair, I didn't ask for one either...I'm sure I would have got one if I'd asked!). You're about a 30 min walk from Munich centre (probably 20mins in sun, but the floor was icy so it was slippy!). Still a few really cool pubs/bars nearby (round the corner!) and would absolutely stay here again, but if you're looking to be in the centre, this isn't the one for you. Not so much the hotel - but on Friday we struggled to get somewhere to eat! So maybe book ahead, plan to get take out, or eat at the hotel.

The room was spacious and included all those considered necessary for my stay. There is a supermarket 10 meters from the hotel. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The second day of my stay I called the maintenance and they came straight away and fixed the problems.

The cleaning service is only once per week. I think this should be improved and make it at least every three or four days.

Comfortable stay in a lovely, clean, spacious room in a nice hotel. Staff were, on the whole, very pleasant and helpful. Liked the beer and water being stocked every day and the use of a sauna was a plus. Felt the deal we booked for this hotel was good value. Hotel was more modern in its fixtures/condition than we were expecting. Location was great for sightseeing and walking around.

On one morning the water was off, which was fixed quickly. The presentation and condition of the hotel was mostly great, but some panels were being repaired in the corridors and were left against the walls (this wasn't a huge deal and I'm guessing would be fixed soon).

It was great that the Hotel had undercover parking. Everything was nice and clean at arrival. The room was big and comfortable The staff was super friendly, except for the lady who trained the new girl.

The unfriendly, difficult receptionist. My room wasn't cleaned the next day. Pitty about the unfriendly receptionist. She had a real issue because I couldn't get her my credit card immediately when I extended my stay for another day. I paid in advance for my room, though 💁‍♀️ I guess one may be rude... because you can.

Spacious room. Laptop table with place for two people. Another table for dining. Kitchenette with microwave and stove. Grocery store next to the hotel. Very good spa with two saunas and infrared - opened for free every evening. Nice park to walk around. Easy access to public transport. Free fresh fruits in lobby and spa.

Cannot adjust room temperature. Microwave was broken, although they fixed it next morning. Lazy cleaning.

Room was spacious, quiet, big bathroom, good location with easy access to public transport ( bus to station../ Underground Around the corner)..no breakfast taken ..._ Extra bonus was bottle of beer and water gratis each day, if wanted...Supermarket right next to premises....._ Not to forget: very clean and staff most helpful

We were pretty happy, but a bit more cutlery would be appreciated, if if there are only two spoons needed. Nit_picking though.would have appreciated a toaster possibly...had to ask for detergent for dishwasher and d ish towel etc.. But_ no problem at all, just had to thought to ask when it was missing

Very spacious room with window to a green courtyard and it's own little kitchenette. Quiet location near the river Isar which is nice for walks. Friendly staff and nice little touches like mini chocolates at reception and free water and even 2 bottles of beer in the room. Clear signs of considering environmental impact beyond the "if you don't need a fresh towel..."

Water was switched off for most of the day when i checked in due to some work but it was well communicated and a one off so just my bad luck. The location is a little further from the city center than i thought and while there are plenty of options by bus and metro, they either require a change on the way or a bit of a walk.

I liked the location, had access to everything and more. It was close to the river, the staff was very straightforward. I felt at home, I liked that they left water and beer free of charge in the fridge! That was a very nice touch. Everything looked of good quality. The kitchenette had all you needed, except detergent and sponge but I understand why they don’t offer it.

I have no obvious complains. I would stay there again.
