Clean, comfy, modern, a loooot of free parking on the street… and a wonderful pizza place downstairs. the staff was AMAZING❤️

The Bible in the room! Come on, seriously?!? No religious elements should be placed in a hotel like this… it was a compete turn off… and if there’s a Bible, why isn’t there a Quran? Or a Kamasutra?

The hotel was good, the infrastructure is really nice. The breakfast which at first wasn't included in our reservation was good. The staff was really helpful, although there was a language barrier since they don't speak english very well. There's an italian restaurant below the hotel that have some wonderful food.

The hotel asks you your credit card information before you check-in just so that they can charge you if you consume anything, which is totally fine. The thing is that we've had a problem with an improper billing regarding the breakfast and, as soon as I asked for a refund, I saw how easy the hotel clerk could charge and refund things in their system, posing as a possible vulnerability for improper charging. Furthermore, approximately 10 day after I left the hotel, they charged and refunded me the same amount that i payed for the reservation, showing how insecure their system is. I even sent an email asking them to delete my sensitive data, but they didn't answer to it. I think it is something that they need to work out, considering how strict are the laws about sensitive data in Germany

The location is very good, only 7min walking distance from the underground station, and right next to a small supermarket where you can get supplies if needed. The rooms are nice and clean, also quiet, and the nearby Italian restaurant served a very good pizza. The breakfast buffet was small, but left none of my wishes open. The online check-in and check-out were new to me but quite convenient.

Nothing that I could seriously complain about. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center from the hotel, but this is no reason to be worried, since the underground departs every few minutes.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the train/subway station. The room was very clean and nice. It was great for two people for two nights and we spent most of our days outside. Although we got to the hotel very late, they informed us ahead of time how to get the key from the locker with a code and we could do the online check-in in advance - so the whole check-in was very easy and convenient, no need to fill out anything in the hotel.

The room was rather small, there were no slippers offered by the hotel, because it is right on the street it was a bit noisy. What I missed the most were mosquito nets on windows - there were none so we could not really leave the window open. Also it was not possible to turn off the fan in the bathroom.

A nice and clean room where we could stay with our dog. We didn’t have a refrigerator in our room and receptionist brought it immediately after we asked for it. Nice parking garage. Close to U and S bahn station. There is a good Italian restaurant in the hotel. Close to a nice park to walk with our baby and dog. Aldi, Edeka and bakery are just a few minutes away from the hotel.

We had an option to check the breakfast before we decide to take it or not. We didn’t decide for it as they had a really small and said looking buffet for the price asked.

Nice and Clean room, the hotel is very near to the U Bahn. However, not too many restaurants in the neighbourhood, or not good ones. Parking is expensive, with Tiefgarage, but that's normal for Munich. Very good and sumptuous breakfast, for a fee.

Spacious room, nice and room and bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Although I checked out, I could leave my luggage there so I can walk into the city for one more full day.

You could hear people from the other rooms, especially in the last night when a lot of kids checked in. Also there is construction nearby, so some people got woken up at 6:30. Thats not a problem for me though. Also the breakfast was the same, might be a problem for some.

The location was near public transport. The room was clean. The staff was supportive. The most important thing was that they had put Lego for our child. This is a small but considerable thing.

It's a little far from the center. The room size was a little small.

Just the pillow that could be more comfortable and firmer.

The hotel is great, great staff, great facilities, perfect value for the money

It is not close to the city center and the ventilation in the bathroom was automatic and we couldn’t turn it off at night which was a little noisy.
