It is not a first time we have stayed in this hotel. We are visiting our relatives in Munich and location of this quiet hotel is perfect for us. For everything else it represents good value for money.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly.

I am not sure if all in all it is a 4 star hotel. Rooms and breakfast - yes, but the building itself and lobby closer to 3 star. But the room was good, the usual Mercure type. Beds very comfy, TV, safety box, kettle, small fridge, hairdryer. Windows open wide. There was aircon in the room too. I presume it is a good value for money for the groups traveling between Italy and Germany. We stayed one night, arrived late and left about 11 am the next morning. We had a dog with us, it costs 10 eur extra. Breakfast is a good 4 star one. Tasty, nicely served, pleasant room and very friendly staff. Good value for money especially for the trip such as ours (we were on the way to Italy). I compared prices in the area and this hotel fulfilled our expectation - we needed comfy beds and good breakfast. Parking outside was free - another important criteria for us :)

For me all was ok.

The breakfast was nice and quite rich. One can ask the staff for scrambled eggs. Breakfast for children (up to 12y) is free. Room is big with 2 WC and 2 TV. Staff was very friendly. Easy to park around the hotel on the streets for free.

At the arriving, there were no Tea-pot in the room (only coffee machine) and were no tea, spoons and glasses. However, after request everything was brought very fast by very friendly staff. The water bottles were not replaced every day.

The hotel looks very nice inside. Beautiful design and clean and fresh rooms were also on an outstanding level. There was an AC in our room and it was a huge help during the hot summer day. Also, there was a TV with a possibility to connect a phone to it and watch a Netflix :D The breakfast was also great with some elements of a german traditional food

The location was a bit far away from the subway station, around 1.1 km away. There could be a little bit more variety with breakfast, but it is not that big of a deal.

I lost a new T shirt in the room which I am sure it was taken by one of the room service staff but the good thing that the hotel receptionist understood my situation and they refund me full refund of the T shirt, thanks for the compensation :-)

Location was perfect for me since I arrived by car garage is safe to park your car hotel room is spacious and clean friendly and helpful staff

restaurant is not for public use, so don’t expect to be able to eat there during your stay marketplace where you can buy drinks and snacks is pretty expensive, I paid 8 euros for 2 small snacks construction work outside and airco was not functioning properly, glad I always take earplugs with me

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed and fresh. There was a link to public transport within 100 m of the hotel.

A little far from public transport (subway) but that wasn’t a problem. There are bus stops nearby and Neuperlach Zentrum is 15-20 mins walk away

It was an exceptional experience, when one consider the facilities and cleanness and the price I have paid. The staff was gentle and very capable, quickly finished the registration process and show us the way to our room after a tiresome day.The room was very clean and neat, I would like to thanks for cafee and water very nice touch. All in all I have nothing to complain and only positive to say, highly recommended if you are in Munich to attend an Industrial Fair it is just 10 min away (with auto).

Very clean, comfortable bed. Sofa that turns into a bed was also comfortable. It was not crowded in July, 2022 so everythings was quiet and enjoyable.

I think I paid 15 euros or so for breakfast, but it was not really worth it I think. A little bit far from downtown as we parked our car by the hotel and took public transportation. However, the overall stay was quite good.
