Lovely, clean apartments; perfectly located for visiting the centre of Munich via public transport! Check-in via the machine was easy, and we were called the morning of our arrival to check we had received the information in order to check-in. Inside the room, all the information we needed was there, however reception was open during the day in case we needed anything else. It was great for us to have the kitchenettes in our rooms, as we chose to have breakfast in the rooms each morning (made even easier by the well-equipped supermarket downstairs!), the fridge was an especially welcome amenity. It's great for transport links - we walked to the u-bahn each morning (around 10 minutes) and then it was an easy journey to Oktoberfest and the city centre. The apartments were easy to find, even though we arrived in the dark, and the parking is secure and convenient. Along the street, as well as the supermarket, there are two fuel stations with shops and a Burger King next door which is open until late. We had a balcony in one of our rooms, which was a lovely addition. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't enjoy it so much!

I would 100% definitely stay here again next time I visit Munich - it was perfect for what we needed! However, if you are hoping to spend a lot of time in the apartment, there are two things I would say would make it more comfortable: an armchair would be nice to relax in the evenings - all we had was the bed or a kitchen-style chair. The other is that there is no oven or toaster in the kitchenette, only a microwave and induction hob, so you can cook some basic things but not really a full meal that requires an oven. However, if you can live without either of those things, I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Munich. Hopefully I will be back soon!

Staff was friendly and helpfull. The rooms (we booked 3) were very spatious, spotless, quiet and had many windows so you had a lot of natural light ,which i loved. You also had a fully functional kitchen. You have air conditioning, heating and the bathroom had a walk-in shower which i also loved. Bed was confortable, slept like a baby. Best of all, on the ground floor of the building you have a big supermarket (closed on Sundays) so you can get sandwiches, coffee, water and everything else you might need. Very convenient especially if you partied all night at Oktoberfest and you need a quick fix in the morning. The cleaning (except emptying the trash) is not done untill you check out but they do provide you with clean towels/consumables everyday. So don't expect someone will make your bed everyday. As for the location you have a 11 min walk to the S-BAHN. From there you can get anywhere in the city. ~17 min ride to central station. All in all i give it 10/10 would book again

Everything! The 2-bedroom unit layout gave the children full comfort in what seemed like their own independent unit, unlike most layouts. The design and decor was attractive, with a large patio for a family meal outdoors. The bathroom was spacious and had many hooks, something most units lack. Just be careful when using the rain shower, you can easily mess up the bathroom floor. The kitchen had almost everything I needed for eat-in meals away from home whenever we felt like cooking. The 2 supermarkets and cafe just next door complimented the room absolutely. The Trudering s-bahn station was close enough and yet gave us some exercise in the 10-min plus walk. The city attractions were easily accessible with a short train ride. We arrived at midnight and had no trouble accessing the unit. It may seem complicated, but just follow the instructions closely and you will not have a problem. Check-out too was very simple. The reception is manned only until mid afternoon, but that wasn't a problem for us. We had a great stay and would come back the next time we're in Munich.

Nothing actually, though a washer dryer in the apartment unit would have made the place more than perfect 🙂.

25-30 minutes from city centre on S-Bahn

Good apartments in a good area. A bit noisy from the side of the road, so take an apartment with a terrace.

I arrived on Sunday, the shops are closed, you can’t buy tea or coffee nearby, it would be nice if the hotel added such trifles to its service.

Nice apartment with an excellent kitchenette. Located next to a supermarket. Good value for money. Not in a touristy area, so it felt a more authentic experience of being in Germany

It was some distance from centre of Munich, but public transport system is excellent. We were also lucky to be staying there when a month of travel on local trains or buses in Germany only cost €9

Very modern, clean and spacious. Nice and big roof terrace. The location is well connected to the Munich Fair - 2 metro stops away. Few bakeries around and a supermarket in the same building.

All materials were available in the room, enough space for our 2-year old boy to enjoy the stay and to place his travel bed.

Information for WiFi was gone by arrival, luckily the host was able to send somebody who could give us the necessary information. Walls aren't the best to keep noise from neighbours outside.

Surprisingly large room with kitchen, dining area and sofa. Totally soundproofed from the busy road outside which made a big difference. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it was well stocked and the whole room was extremely clean.

Perhaps some would prefer to see a real face or need assistance checking in. We saw no one for check in or check out but for us it was fine.

Two rooms connected to each other through an internal dool, ideal for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean! Automated check in.
