We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness comfort. Good breakfast. Quiet area of ​​Munich. The metro station is 5 minutes walk.

Had room reservations from August 4th arrived at 3am. We were offered a room for an additional fee. We agreed, but the fee turned out to be 100% for the previous day, which was not very correct on their part. But we were very tired and agreed with this. I understand that these are the rules, but they could have made a discount, especially since I informed about the time of arrival in advance.

Nice modern room and pleasant hotel overall. Location is good and although out of the centre is a few minutes walk from a station that serves both U-bahn and S-bahn lines and is within 10 to 15 minutes of the centre. Bonus was there was a fridge in the room and there is also a bar in the hotel which opens at 4pm. Would use this hotel again if staying in Munich on a budget.

No air conditioning so the room did get stuffy at night, so an electric fan would be a welcome addition.

Stuff were very friendly and helpful, as my trips are usually very short and l don't have time for shopping normally l am ordering few stuff online and send it to my hotel, they received everything and kept it till my arrival, they answered all my questions for city guidelines and transportation to make my trip easier, room is very clean and quiet, hotel is only few minutes away from tube station, it was easy to reach even with my big luggage . Lication is amazing, only 3 min walking distance to U5, quite Neighborhood, room is big and has everything you need. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, they will walk the extra mile to make your stay confortable, they are ready to help and give you any advice you may need, specially Maribel, she was a great help every time l am staying there. This was my 2nd stay in Mercure, and it will be my future stay in Munich.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and I really enjoyed using the fitness room, which was clean, well equipped and offered complimentary water and fresh towels. The room was comfortable for my weekend stay in Munich and the public transport was a mere 5 min walk from the hotel. Great!

Hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, so you can sleep like a baby, just perfect. The breakfast was good, with variety of choices and overall service was good. The advantage is the short distance to walk from the U station.

It is far from the center. There is no wardrobe in the room. If you want to have a dinner you need to go by metro to get to the nearest restaurant, locally only snacks are served, one evening I had only pizza, nothing more was available.

Very nice and simple hotel. Super clean! The stuff is very friendly. Close to the subway station (3 minutes walk) not in the center but not so far, 15-20 minutes on subway. A lot of free parking in the area!

The room is a little bit to small, even for 2 people. Not about the hotel, but there is no supermarket or any shops in short walking distance and also no restorants.

The bedroom is comfortable and big. The shower is good. The hotel is not so far from a station.

The hotel is quite far from the center. The region has not many facilities like restaurants or supermarkets. Since it was Oktoberfest weekend, the prices was quite high in the city.

The Room was Clean very well. Double bed was in very good condition. Bathroom worked perfect. For the price was ✌🏻👍🏻♥️

Poor electricity for the small fridge - I had to use another socket for the fridge to be functional.
