Breakfast was good, especially as the price was relatively decent: 14 euros per person per day. Most of all we appreciated the location, as it is 2 steps from the metro and as close to shopping area, fast food restaurants and supermakets. The entrance is between the restaurant Five Guys and bakery Müller. The reception is on the first floor. The main door are made of glass and you need to ring so they can open the door for you.

We knew beforehand that we would have a very small room, so this did not surprise us. And when I say very small I mean that we didn't even have a wardrobe, just a sort of coat rack with a few open-space shelves. But what surprised me unpleasantly is that we didn't have a fridge, not even a small one, to be able to put at least a water, considering the heat wave and the heatwave.

The room was nicely designed, modern. Very clean. Big bathroom, good water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Right next to a U-Bahn station, about 20 min to get to the city center. A big shopping center, cafes and restaurants right next door. I would choose to stay at this hotel again anytime.

The room is a bit small. Bed was comfortable but I would have liked a bigger pillow. It is not possible to open the window more than a gap (security reasons I guess, as it is a large window). Air condition was a bit noisy, in hot weather it might get a bit uncomfortable in the room. The showerhead was leaking and did not stay in it's fixture. Just needs to be looked at.

I was able to book a room for the same night, for a fair price. Got at the reception after 22h and staff was very helpful. They have 24h reception and, also, 24h bar. The room was clean and silent, had all the necessary amenities, bed was good. There's a bakery just downstairs as an alternative for the breakfast they offer (I though it was a little overpriced, so chose to go to he bakery).

There was a little confusion with our room number at check in, but it was quickly solved. Staff truly apologized and then offered us free drinks for the patience with this issue. Everything was just what I expected from Ibis standards.

Very interesting how they build up the excitement when you enter the hotel, especially the very first time. You start in an empty entrance hall with a large gorilla head on the wall. Then you go up via the elevator to the first floor where you can see the reception. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They even let me park my bicycle in the luggage room.

There was some long hair on the floor in the background which could not have been mine 😁 The beds are too warm for the summer. Some alternative thin blankets would be great.

Lovely hotel, wasn’t too sure what to expect as I booked this as a last minute trip, a very cheap room. However upon checking in I was surprised, we had a stunning room with a large en-suite. Hotel and room was very clean, no issues with sleep either as both beds were very comfy. Room has a large flat screen, free WiFi and plenty of plug sockets And to top it all off the hotel is just a 10-15 minute subway ride directly into the city centre with a metro station just outside

The hotel is a bit far from the city-centre, but it is still easily reachable by train in under 15 minutes. Across the street from the hotel there is also a mall, which is quite convenient. The rooms are very quiet, you can't hear noise from the hallway or from the outside if the windows are closed. Staff was kind, and the 24/7 reception was very appreciated.

There was a small stain on the carpet, but the room was very clean otherwise

It is very well connected with Underground to the centre, the bedroom are comfortable and really clean and the bathroom is big and new. The breakfasts are pretty good with lots of choices. The staff is kind and willing.

We had some issue with finding the place because the sight is not really visible. The room was small and didn't catch lots of light, but it wasn't a real problem, we enjoyed our staying anyway!

Very good hotel all in all, and located very well if you travel by car, so you can leave it at the hotel and take the underground train to visit the center.

The entrance to the underground parking is not exactly at the hotel, but on a nearby street, so it is not straightforward to find it. There were some roadworks, too, in the neighbourhood, but weren't too noisy.

It's just a minute walk from neuparlach zentrum train station. Munich is well connected by U bahn trains so staying here is a Good decision rather than near city center as I found City center bit polluted and noisy. To enjoy calm, peaceful and clean environment this is the best choice! Shopping mall is also a min away . we really enjoyed the room ambience and comfort bed .

Excellent location with a shopping centre across the way, It does have free wifi, staff are very friendly! nice designed rooms and super clean, it has very comfortable beds!! The bar is open late too.

The only issue was the tv was in German which I understand why because we are in Munich but it didn’t let us have the option of English subtitles.
