A great little hotel in the suburbs, close to a u-bahn station which takes you straight to the old town in 20 minutes. I picked it because it was close to where I needed to be for work, but I do think it would serve leisure visitors just as well.

I didn't receive an email on how to access my key after the reception closes at 8pm. It could have been my fault, I didn't send the arrival time until a couple of days before. Once I knew how to get in, it was easy. So just be better organized than me if you are arriving late at night and make sure you have the access code email before you travel.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but it's very closed to an underground metro station, it takes about 20 minutes to Munich center . A room and a bathroom was very clear , a breakfast was very assorted. We have informed a clerk by phone that we"ll arrive about 10 PM . There is no check in after 8PM, however a clerk left a key in a box at entrance which you open with a code. There were many free parking places at the street in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located close to the U-bahn station and nearby a number of good local restaurants, beer gardens, and bakeries. The room was spacious and comfortable. The price was fantastic considering we stayed during Oktoberfest.

The bathroom sink plunger did not work. There is no AC in the room. There was lots of construction happening nearby the hotel during our stay which created excess noise.

We absolutely loved this stop on our family tour across Europe and would like to return for a longer stay as it was like a home from home and my kids said it was magic. We had a maisonette room with a kitchen and stairs up to two sets of twin/euro double beds. There was everything we needed as a young family and outside or was easy to get one u Bahn to Marienplatz in the centre. There's also a good supermarket, an augustiner ber garden and an Indian restaurant really close. We had no problem parking outside for free and we were able to see our car from the bedroom window. Thanks to everyone on here who recommended this place.

Clean, comfortable spacious room in a calm district. Nice indian restaurant in the same building. Tasty breakfast. Enough free parking in front of the hotel. Nice pastry shop and a biergarten nearby. A good option if you want to visit Munich but stay in a place without the hectic atmosphere of the city centre.

A 20-minute drive or a short metro ride to the city centre can be a downside for someone.

The highlight is that there was an air purifier in the room which absolutely impressed me. Excellent communication before and after arrival. Requested to have iron in the room for my meeting next day and it was there as of an ironing table. Very clean room. Quiet atmosphere. WLAN was functioning. Breakfast was excellent. Easy check in and check out. They kept my carry-on after check out so I could go to my meeting and then pick it up after. Every thing was perfect. Thanks for the nice stay.

I really liked the fast communication with the hotel owner before arriving to the city. I needed to check-in almost 4 hours after the maximum check in time, and the hotel staff left my key in the outside box with the digital code, so it was absolutely smooth and seamless experience getting my key (around midnight) and accessing my room. I liked that the room was very clean, enough towels, shower gel and comfy bed. All good :) There is an Indian restaurant next door, but I wasn’t able to try it (since I arrived around midnight). For someone like me who is coming so late it’s a big advantage that a few meters there is a nonstop gas station with amazing selection of food and beverages even the vegan options.

Large spacious room. Despite being in far SW corner of the city the public transport is so excellent that this makes no odds. I would staty here again even if I were working in the centre. The beer garden next door is excellent bonus. Nice balcony and quiet.

Breakfast was very variable - sometimes excellent but at other times sparse. Wifi a bit flakey.

Room needs deep cleaning (curtains, sofa pilows and some staf from the room and bathroom were dirty). Huge huuuge pilows. We travel a lot, but such a huge pilows I saw for the first time. It is very uncomfortable

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They realised we were given wrong room by mistake and took excellent care to ensure this was corrected and gave us upgraded room. The hotel was also very close to city centre with convenient transport link.
