The hotel is very cozy with a great location. Just in the heart of the beautiful Nuremberg. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful and friendly. A lady (I don't remember the name, unfortunately) gave us the best tips about where to go and what to eat with a very beautiful smile and patience. The room facilities are basic, but pretty comfortable. This is a hotel I would be back to!

The only thing I did not like is that the hotel was closed (including the nice terrace with tables and chairs) and without staff in the evenings, but I guess they were understaff because of the economic situation. In any case it did not affect the quality of our stay. I wish you a good luck, dear Burghotel team.

The location of the hotel in very convenient, right in the center of the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is friendly.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Just eggs, ham, vegetables and cereals. Moreover, you have to pay extra euros for coffee! Such breakfast is not worth its money.

Very central position. Well-equipped hotel with swimming pool gym and sauna. Quality food at breakfast. Comfortable single room. Daily cleaning services are suspended if not requested

The reception desk is available only in the morning. In case of late arrival, this makes the procedure complicated especially for non-german speakers as all the messages are in German, despite nationality.

Nice hotel. Reception was very welcoming, providing a map of the area and provided us with a discounted parking pass for a near by (5 Minute walk) garage. Bathroom was newly renovated and large.

Room was pretty old, the beds felt kind of lumpy like they had been used past their shelf life.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful making us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The location was exceptional in the historic part of Nuremberg.

We were there in the middle of the heat wave, and a small fan in the room would have made sleeping more comfortable since the rooms do not have air conditioning.

Exceptionally kind and humorous staff that were quick to draw a walking tour to their favorite locations. The walled city is very easy to navigate and offers a lot to explore, but don't forget there is an entire city surrounding it! We missed the chance to visit a four-generation restaurant that claims to be the oldest maker of bratwurst.

The location for the Christmas Market is ideal...under a 5-7 minute walk. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good value and worth the trip.

The beds are not very comfortable, but for a short stay, manageable. It's difficult to find comfortable beds anymore at any hotel, so I wasn't surprised.

The hotel is located right in the Hart of the old town with is so beautiful and so easy to get around. The swimming pool was amazing to have the rooms were so comfortable and the staff were amazing so easy going and friendly helped with everything we need.

The bed was a bit hard but still slept great. It was hot and a fan in the room would have been nice. The sauna did not work.
