This is an exceptional hotel; unbeatable for the professional, caring, helpful staff who go above and beyond. Truly amazing service where the staff's interest in your comfort and needs are sincere and genuine. There are lots of 'extras' that don't usually come with a hotel with its price point like the free drink each afternoon, the included breakfast which is not only tasteful in what's on offer but also presentation and table setting, the room extras which include robe, slippers, umbrella and toiletries that are not a combination soap and shampoo, and where hair conditioner and moisturiser are also provided (so welcome when you're travelling light). Chocolates every night on the pillow along with the bed turned down and footmat beside the bed were indeed special treats, as was the personalised welcome board. And the towels, so many!!! It's just a few minutes walk from the train station with all notable sights like cathedral, castle etc an easy most enjoyable walk through old town centre. Spoilt for choice of restaurants, eateries and bars close by. A very very special place!!!!

This hotel is great and very highly recommended!! It is within the old town but close to the railway hub and also easy walking distance of old town attractions. The room was spacious, attractively artistically decorated, very clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Ralf, one of the owners, was exceptionally helpful when my onward travel plans were significantly disrupted by recent flooding events and even drove me to Munich Airport so I didn't miss my plane home. A very big thank you Ralf!

Great staff, from front desk to breakfast waiters. We were made very welcome and we had the feeling they would do anything to make our stay as good as possible. My wife was feeling ill and they helped with extra water and let me take food to the room for her breakfast. I had breakfast downstairs and it there was more delicious food than I could eat. Coffee very good as well. The room was well appointed with good quality nice looking furniture and a clean large bathroom with great lighting fixtures throughout the whole room.

We did not have any use for the large solid steel ornament which looked like you could tie an ocean liner to it.

Hotel Drei Raben is a stylish hotel with a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. During our stay, the staff went out of their way to help us with restaurant recommendations and bookings, information about museums in Nürnberg etc. The friendly atmosphere is in part fostered by a free drink for guests each evening – it was nice to meet and chat with other guests. The entire hotel is stylishly decorated, even down to the crockery on which breakfast is served. Breakfast is very good and includes hot food as well as a range of good quality fresh fruit, bread etc. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent as it is located in the Alstadt, but only 5-10 minutes walk from the main train station.

This boutique size hotel is ideally situated from the main train station and easy to get to by foot. It's surrounded by architectural and cultural wonders. I entered into one church and was brought to tears from the place, I just can't explain it. Just walk out the door and your steps away from tours, beautiful nature walks along the river, shopping, and tons of food choices. However, the food at the hotel itself is also top-notch, the coffee is really great quality as well. Each room has a specialized theme done with tasteful decor, all the amenities you could need. The bed is so comfortable, I had a hard time getting up in the morning! The place is simply electric. I also felt it was a spiritual environment that made me feel at home and relaxed.

Weekends in the area are wild party times in the evening.

Beautiful boutique-style hotel and each room with unique style and story. The staff was really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and booked a restaurant. I received upgrade to my room and it was phenomenal big, clean, with a great view and a beautiful clawfoot tub in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a perfect few minutes walk to the central train station and within the walls of old Nuremberg and the city center, all main attractions within walking distance. They give a welcome chocolate, so nice. I fell in love with Drei Raben Hotel. Staying here made my trip to Nurenberg very special.

Very friendly competent staff. No request was too complex. Polite and hospitable. Well trained. Breakfast offered extensive selection, mostly continental breakfast, wonderful breads, salmon and yoghurt. Rooms are quirky and offer insight into the town. Ask for information about places off the beaten track. The main tourist route is weary and well worn. Evening wine tasting was a lovely event.

Hotel is hard to find by car, complicated by the pedestrian zone in front. Staff were more than helpful parking and retrieving the car for us.

LOCATION,STAFF & ROOM WERE FAB. ITS THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING & CLOSE TO CENTRAL STATION. THE HOTEL IS BIJOU BUT HAS CHARACTER & CHARM THAT SETS IT APART FROM OTHER HOTELS. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.

NOT A DISLIKEBUT MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A ROOM WITH A BATH AS THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN WELCOME AFTER LONG DAYS AT THE TRADE FAIR BUT THE SHOWER WAS GREAT AND BED VERY COMFORTABLE.

The hotel was extremely comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. There was a varied choice of fresh food for breakfast (served from 7am) to set you up for the day. Every room has tea/coffee making facilities. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us very welcome. Also guests are given a complimentary glass of wine in the evening. I cannot recommend Hotel Drei Raben highly enough. Absolutely superb.

I’m struggling to think of anything I didn’t like.

Staff is polite and helpful and very carefoul. As an example. We arrived from the town and the reception guy was bussy with some peoples that were checking in. The guy from the bar observed we arrived and reception was bussy, he left the bar and came imediatly to us to, at the reception, to help us and not make us wait for reception to be free. I could say i experienced the best staff from all my travels at any hotel in Germany. Also the location of hotel can not be better. very close to Central Station, lots of restaurants and Pub's in 1-3 minutes walk distance. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Is not something like futuristic or very modern furniture but it fit right in the bicture of the city center. Each room has a story about Nurembers fact wrote on a full wall. In the room we found a little blackboard personalized with welcome Mr Alexandru, details that makes the experience better.
