Very nice and friendly staff. Although Hotel and rooms are a bit outdated, the place is very clean and comfortable. Very nice SPA zone. Wonderfull view on the Mountains from balcony.

Not big choice for breakfast and it is same every morning. If you stay there for a week, not the best option.

Very cute and homely feel to the property. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from our balcony.

We didn’t feel that welcome at check in, just given a piece of paper to fill out and the lady went back into the back of her office without saying much at all. No information at check in. Was kind of rushed to the room and told breakfast was at 8. We had to come back down to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The area by the stairs up to our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The morning breakfast was a beautiful buffet which was enjoyed by our group. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff took pride in the cleanliness of the whole establishment. Their dinning room was closed but they recommended some local establishments to eat which were great to eat at.

We could not find any problem with this establishment.

Lovely old-fashioned hotel in the traditional style. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Really quiet despite the proximity of the road. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The staff's English seems a bit limited. Check-in took a while because the manager couldn't find our reservation in the system, and I was told in no uncertain terms that my handwriting was to blame.

I had a view from my balcony of the mountain with the cross on top. What a tremendous bonus. Breakfast was delicious and the dinning hall immaculate. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

I did not like having to pay extra to use the whhirlpool.

Breakfast was really good and the guy serving was really helpful. The room was a good size with a fantastic view of the mountains and a comfy sofa. The room was spotless and the cleaning lady even polished the shower every day as if it were a new guest coming every day.

To be honest there was nothing that bothered me. To be totally critical there was possibly just enough parking spaces for all the guests. I put on 3 pounds because the breakfasts were so good, but I can't really blame the hotel for that can I?

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and the room had a lovely balcony and view. The parking facilities were a plus! I will come again for a longer stay.

We had the family room which was spacious fir our family if 4! Very clean and accommodation. Easy walk to the main shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views from the balcony

All was great.

The room was everything I could wish for and I enjoyed the relaxed morning breakfast. Short walking distance from the town's center and a great starting point to climb the nearby mountains, visit Linderhof, and Ettal. I'll be happy to return again!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

I don't have any opinion of the breakfast as I could't catch up the breakfast timeline due to my early departure for my job every day.
