Adela at the front counter was friendly and knowledgable. 5*'s for Adela. Breakfast was excellent. 5*'s for the Chef whose name i could not recall. The chef served me personally as on that day I was the only one to request breakfast. It was a very enjoyable stay. Lastly, the water presure for a shower was excellent and produced very hot water. Perfect!

This is a quiet, clean and tidy hotel. Check in was easy. Nestled in a picturesque village a few miles from Munich Airport. A nice place to walk around. Neat restaurant one block away had good traditional food with a patio and view of a beautiful soccer field. We saw a game while enjoying a beer and dinner.

The only negative was having to pay 18 Euro for the airport transport serving all the hotels in the area every half hour. A surprise.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in - not an exaggeration. The beds and linens were high quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a van to and from the airport for a minimal uncharge.

Minimal food and bar options on site - though listed as amenities on website. The town is small and there are only a few options even if you leave the hotel.

Adelka was excellent as was her counterpart i dont remember his name. Both were super helpful in every aspect. I was stuck in Germany with my daughter and they advised how to get about and helped me above and beyond. Only if lufthansa airlines staff had the same attitude.

The location was convenient and on the bus route.

That we had no coffee and tea available in the room and that the kitchen was also shut at night. Fortunately for us we arrived in the afternoon and managed to find a Netto store and restaurant down the road.

Floria, our hotel evening manager, went above and beyond to serve and guide us after a rather shaky start to our stay. The breakfast was sparse but adequate. The surrounding neighborhood had a comfortable ambiance; we were able to watch a local soccer game in the field behind the property, then enjoy a dinner and wine at an Italian restaurant about 2 block from the hotel. Caution, not every restaurant accepts credit cards. Floria also helped us find Covid testing required for our flight home and a shuttle to the airport in the morning.

We had phoned ahead to request a shuttle from the Munich airport; informed that we should wait until we arrived at airport,, then call for shuttle. Upon arrival at airport we requested a shuttle and were told to wait at the pickup point. After 30 minutes waiting we called the hotel and were informed by Floria, that we had been misinformed. There was no shuttle available that day and a shuttle requires 24 hour advance request. Also the shuttle is not included as a hotel amenity, it cost 20 Euros. We had to take a taxi to the hotel for about 30 Euros.

Everything was spot on. The staff extremely polite and helpful, even giving me a free upgrade. The room…clean, immaculate. Bed was so comfortable. For a nominal fee, shuttle to the airport in the morning. Flawless experience beginning to end!

Got stranded at Munich airport when Lufthansa operations melted down. Made online reservation an hour before arriving. Delightful, helpful, wonderful reception staff made our ordeal almost a pleasure.
