This time we had a room in a newly refurbished building, where the room was excellent. Well above what one may expect from the price level. There was a nice and clean kitchenette, a wooden desk and closet as well. The bed was comfortable. Airport noises are well insulated out. Checking in and out takes 20-60 seconds.

The refurbished rooms are in an old hotel building that looks disturbingly old for the first sight, however the rooms are surprisingly clean and nice. Don’t follow the sign for the sauna because it’s more like a sauna museum that’s not operational anyways. They don’t advertise it so it’s fully fair.

Very quaint, lovely and comfy. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived in early afternoon, and they made us lunch even though the kitchen was not open. Highly recommend the convenience near the airport and the shuttle service to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Ceiling fans in all rooms would be great. We did not have one and it got a little warm at night. We ended up leaving the balcony door open all night. We noticed that the room next to us had a ceiling fan, and would have helped.

Nice and close to the airport but still had lots of character. The owners seem to be trying really hard to update the place and it is lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and a good blend of modern with character. Also had a little kitchenette. The bathroom was very good. It even had a nice outlook. The restaurant was good for dinner with a great ambience. They organised an airport shuttle for us in the morning for an early flight, and even though it was snowing, the friendly driver came up to our rooms to help us with our big bags - great service!

I originally thought to go to Munich but this hotel was so close to the airport and I was wanting a good night's rest. This hotel has a very solid 'we know what we're doing' kind of feel. My room, clearly for solos, was very comfortable and the attached bathroom was very clean. The advantage of staying in a small town is the quiet. The little town around it is truly walkable and charming. The hotel has a shuttle if you arrange pickup and dropoff. Shuttle driver speaks English very well and is pleasant as are the staff.

I thought the staff might have been able to help me get my bags up the stairs. Maybe they were just busy.

The location is very good. The Area is also nice well connected by Train + Bus from the Munich HBF which makes is very convinient. The Room is spacious & the ambience is good. There are 2 Indian restaurants close by, one roughly 200mtrs away & the other 1km away.. which makes it very convinient for Indian aspecially. For the others the Hotel has their own restaurant. The response from the Hotel prior to me comming was also nice as they answered my queries. There is shuttle.service (Paid) available which makes it super convinient for airport drops in the early morning. So this Hotel is super.convinient for people who want to have flights to catch.

Though the all other points were good.. the only point infound surprising that the wash basin in my room had drain issues... which should have been addressed by the Hotel staff before the guests come...

It was a great location 10 mins from the airport, very convenient if like us you have a hire car to drop off, they also offered shuttle service to the airport too. Check-in was smooth, staff were warm and welcoming, we had to pay for parking but didn't have cash (5euro), so agreed to pay the card limit (10euro) and a drink from the bar to make up the difference. The room was cosy and well designed, places for shoes and suitcases, large comfortable bed and fridge. Bathroom and shower worked well. There was an info booklet in the room with hotel facilities and nearby attractions.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. Check-in was easy and any question I had was easily answered. My room was so cute and had a lot of natural light, which I loved! Everything about this place made me feel cozy. I only wish I could've gotten to try their breakfast and dining options, but my trip was fairly short so time did not allow it. Thank you so much to the staff at Runa's!

Honestly, everything was great. I just want to let everyone know that their shuttle services are very prompt, so be mindful of this. My shuttle was scheduled for 6:30am, and I was there no more than 2 minutes late when some members of the staff told me there would be another one in about 15 minutes. Then when the driver returned he told me he leaves right on the dot and I'm grateful he accommodated me anyway. It was completely my fault, I should have been there on time or early, but just felt I should share this information because the shuttle isn't very big, and if you miss it they may not be able to accommodate you on the next one or until later, which may cause you to run late to the airport.

Rather than staying at a chain hotel near the airport, we we happy to find this charming hotel which was the perfect send-off for our German vacation. It was charming. The rooms seemed newly renovated and were cute and very clean. There is a cozy restaurant with indoor seating and an enclosed patio, and it serves dinner and breakfast.

Really nothing! Just a note: We kept our rental car to get to the airport. Runa’s offers a shuttle service for a fee.

It was a short ride to the airport, away from the city, walkable town with several nice restaurants a short distance away. Did not try the restaurant at the hotel, but I looked very nice, traditional German style. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable room. Shuttle came exactly on time for a reasonable fee. I would absolutely stay here again for a stop over near Munich. Thank you!!!

Relatively close to the airport. A comfortable room with a comfy bed. Slept well. The staff were extrememly friendly and very helpful. Offers Airport Transfers for 12 euro each way. Much cheaper than the Taxi.

It depends. Not the fault of the hotel but I was there in the morning and wanted to spend time in Munich. Due to it being Good Friday, public transport was not very good to get to the S bahn. But that has nothing to do with the hotel.
