Room is clean and new and relatively large size (especially helpful when you need to repack and reorganize everything after a week long day roadtrip). Check in and check out is simple and easy. Hotel location is great where both Terminal 1 and 2 are within walking distance so especially useful for late arrivals or early departure. Lots of shops and food options nearby in the terminal areas.

We drove our rental car to the hotel with the intention to drop off the luggage then return the car. When following the sign posts, it sent us to the parking garage, which incurs EUR3-4 per hour regardless of duration. Google maps didn't navigate us to the hotel "drop off" area easily so do be careful when you drive yourself to the hotel to avoid parking garage charges.

Ideal proximity to airport, especially for an early morning departure, as only a 2 minute walk from under hotel. If you are lucky, there will be airport luggage trolleys queued for use at EUR 1. Easy friendly professional check in and check out. Good restaurant, reasonably priced and quality food. Excellent soundproofing. Indoor pool was a very pleasant experience. At some you can feel claustraphobic, and smell the chlorine in the air. Not here. Relaxing, enjoyable. Nice way to spend a couple of hours. Room was first class, as you would expect. Very comfortable bed.

Vanessa checked us in, checked us out and did an excellent job taking care of us in between. We arrived around 7:30 am after 24 hours of travel and she was able to get us into a room on early check near 9:00 am and held our bags for us in the interim. She has excellent English and was always smiling and cheerful and presented a very strong image of the Hilton company. Thank you Vanessa.

The hotel itself was excellent but the signage to get to it from terminal 1 was lacking especially once you entered the open area from the shopping area. It then became difficult to decide where the hotel actually was. More and clearer signs would be helpful.

Being part of the airport - the position is extra good, also close to food and shopping. Clean, good room and nice pool area

The price is high, but it is probably due to position. But with such a price I was negatively surprised that there was no single free bottle of water (at least one). There were 2 bottles for 6 Euros each. Tap water can be used but still ... 350 Euros, not getting bottle of water is greedy

Overall it was a pleasant and efficient stay. I was a bit surprised that I was told that my room is ready but if I want an early check in I am to pay additional 49 euros. Not nice

The staff was amazing, and the hotel sparkling clean! Literally steps from the airport, so catching our flight home was a breeze. The room was huge!

We would have liked to have tried breakfast, but 32 euros each seemed a little high

Two double beds in the twin room made it extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good, but very expensive. The location to the airport cannot be beaten as it is literally a few steps to the terminal. The reception staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was fairly expensive, but you get what you pay for and the standard was excellent. The meal prices were expensive and the minibar cannot be used as a fridge as the small space they allocate would only accommodate something very small, not even a small bottle of drink. If you move anything they try to charge you for it, but once pointed out nothing was used, they quickly removed it from the bill without any fuss.

A perfect location for Munich Airport overnights, walkable convenience. The surrounding plaza was aesthetically pleasing, as was the hotel lobby and bar. The hotel also has 2 very good restaurants. Due to this hotel, Munich Airport would now be my stop of choice if my air plans allow for it.

The wait at check-in was unusually long. It appeared that clunky electronics was the root problem, not staff, who were trying hard. In fact, they had their own patience tried sorely by some clueless and rude customers and did a good job of staying professional. One staffer walked us to the proper elevator, as our jet-lagged brains weren't grasping the layout.

room had great table to open luggage on. front desk arranged for me to have airport luggage cart to use for plane flight next day. I had been traveling for 3 months. breakfast included using made omelets

Could not find hotel at airport. Had to all hotel from airport train station to locate it. When I got near it, saw signs but could not find how to enter lobby. Saw sign that said "lift hotel" but I wasn't going to a lift hotel. These elevators were being repaired. Ended up in parking garage. Called again but was on hold to get receptionist. returned to lift hotel sign sign and found employee who directed me.

I was visiting Austria and my flight back to the USA was from Munich airport. Given the time of the flight and the check in time required, it made sense to stay near the airport the night before. This hotel was great as it is right at the airport. When I took the train from Austria I was able to connect to the S8 which took me to the airport and from the train I was able to walk to the Munich airport Hilton hotel. Similarly the following morning I walked from the hotel into terminal 2 which is next door - not having to take a shuttle or taxi from the hotel to the airport was a huge plus. This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great walk in shower, and had nice Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. The breakfast buffet was very good.
