Good!! …. But … the arrangements for meeting the shuttle service at the airport could have been a lot easier. As it was, and after the first call to say we were ready, we were asked to go to a specific bus stop in the terminal area. After asking directions from 4 different passers-by, and getting conflicting stories, we eventually found the bus stop. (Very poor signage at the airport). This whole process took more than half an hour of dragging luggage here & there. A simple map or clear directions sent to us when we made the booking would have been more effective.

I missed my flight at Munich Airport, so had to find an immediate hotel for the night. This hotel had an available room for a decent price and it was very close to the airport. The hotel staff was very efficient, ate able to help me navigate the airport to stand in the right station for the shuttle and sent a driver to pick me up from the airport asap. The room was basic, but clean and in good shape.

There is a TV with many many channels. All ONLY in German. I feel like it's safe to assume that a hotel located by a big international Airport might have a tourist stopping by every now and then... 🤔 So it would be nice to possibly have a few options shown in an international language..

We needed to stay close to the airport for our flight the next day. This hotel's location was perfect for that. Not too far from the airport yet still a nice quaint location. We got a very good price on our one night stay, and sometimes when a property has a much lower price than other properties it makes me concerned that it's a little junkie. However, that was not the case here. It might be slightly minimalist, but it was a very nice facility and a nice location. The room was exactly what we needed, and the bathroom was really nice. It seems hard to find an actual bathtub in a lot of these hotels, so this property having a bathtub in the bathroom was really nice! Both the room and the bathroom were fairly big, especially for European standards.

The only thing that threw us a little was that the reception desk was in a different building and we had to leave our building to go find it. Not a big deal, we just didn't know that when we showed up. It was just right across the parking lot.

Excellent hotel for a night sleep. Close to the airport, it has airy and large rooms and comfortable beds. Super clean. Breakfast was also excellent.

It was more like a miscommunication. As we arrived after reception had closed, the instructions were to get our keys in a key locker at the reception. What I wasn’t informed was that said reception was in another hotel, the Runas hotel, just across the front yard. I had to call the guy at midnight to tell me where the keys were, which obviously defeated the point. I believe a better explanation (about the other hotel) would have avoided the issue.

I thought that the room was well equipped and very good value for money for what I paid.As the hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport it was extremely easy to get to the airport.

Review only based on short stay (one night before flight): Airport shuttle, bath tub, fast and easy check-in/check-out, ok location.

The room price 116€ is expensive (no breakfast and shuttle included) especially for a basic short stay near the airport. Beds: very soft, huge warm pillows and blankets, it was a very warm night.

we just had a night's stay to catch an early morning flight, the hotel was lovely , dinner at the adjacent hotel was fab, staff very friendly and the room especially was super clean and well maintained. Wished we had more time to stay ! We needed airport drop off and the shuttle took under 10/15 mins and a special shoutout to the driver, very kind and efficient man !

Stayed here while I had a layover in Munich airport. It's close to the airport. There is also a pick up and drop off service which was great. The rooms were tidy. Note that there is no wifi (they already mention that, but just mentioning again, its no big deal really) Everything else was good.

Nothing much comes to mind. Maybe the chairs can be cleaned a bit more?

Our room was spacious and comfortable. It is away from the noises and lights of the city. There is an airport shuttle on offer which we would have utilized had our flight not been cancelled.

Getting there by public transport was a little annoying, train then bus then a little walk. because our flight was cancelled, staying out away from the city was a little annoying, but that isn’t your fault.

location was perfect. Park-and fly option was so convenient. Restaurant in neighbouring building was super and staff we so friendly. I would highly suggest this hotel.

The only (small) complaint is have is that as the building is older, there was a bit of a smell from our bathroom drainage.With the bathroom door closed and window open it was okay. It would not take away from our lovely and convenient stay here.
