We were surprised about all the facilities at the hotel. This needs to be included in advertising along with pictures of the lobby, games, food, etc. We also were not aware of the airport shuttle for 10 euro a person.

Everything except failing in clear communication

After I specifically asked a question about the shuttle, they "forget" to communicate that the shuttle does not go to the hotel but in the car parking. yes it is 5 min walk, but not nice if you it is raining/snowing and you have 2 heavy luggage. They apologized, but they do nothing (well a free coffee!). Called an paid for a taxi the day after.

Breakfast was adequate.

I would'nt stay there again. Very bad communication when booking. No reply to some emails and when we tried to change from room for 2 to room for 3, My sister was told it was booked but got no confirmation email. She phoned again and was told then that there was no booking for famy room. So she had to book into a different hotel. Then when we arrived at Mixy we were told that there was a family room available. Too late for her because she had already paid for other hotel. She asked the man at Moxy to order her a taxi to her hotel when myself and my daughter were checking in, but he failed to inform her that it was coming from a distance away and cost her double than it should have been!! No wine glasses clean when we ordered a drink.

easy ( free) transport on a shuttle that was conveniently located by the airport and only 1-2 min walk from the hotel drop point. rooms were clean and beds very comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent!! nice cappuccino at the reception desk the next afternoon. ask for the complementary bus shuttle coupons for the transit back to the airport or it’s 10euro per person.

the hallway to our room had double doors that didn’t appear to allow for walking through, maybe it was just us in the late hour of the night but we struggled with locating our room.

The hotel has a super fun vibe, 24/7 access to snacks/bar and the rooms were comfortable. I liked being able to login to youtube or netflix with my accounts. The staff was super friendly. The shower pressure was AMAZING!!!

It's slightly farther away from the airport than I thought, but still easy to jump on the shuttle. The shuttle is 7 euros/person which I thought was included and it wasn't, which is not that big of a deal. Took 15 minutes by shuttle to the airport. Next time I might consider a hotel directly across, especially when having a super early flight.

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a room for one night . I chose this hotel as it had a 24hr bar and did snacks until 10pm as we arrived about 9.30pm , the beer was great and the pizza tasty. The room was vey comfy , we left too early for breakfast and the taxi the staff arranged took 5 to 10 mins to get to the airport . The hotel shuttle bus is 9 euros per person but the taxi is 25 euros but there was 4 of us travelling so cheaper

We loved the Moxy hotel!!! It was so cute and inviting. My daughter and I stayed there for a few hours for our layover. Staff was very patient and helpful. Room was very cute. The decor was perfect!! My daughter enjoyed it, too! We would definitely recommend and definitely stay again if the need arises!

It's a dark walk to and from the shuttle pick up. Some lighting would be nice as we arrived at night and departed before the sun rose. We were there on New Year's Eve around 9 pm and there were no restaurants open and no chef for the hotel. There were pre-made sandwiches, salads and other things available, though. They had a good amount and variety. So that worked out for us.

Family room was a good size for 4. Hotel has a cheerful modern vibes to it. Great facilities like 24hr gym, pool table, games at the lobby area, open concept where guests could lounge freely. Everywhere in hotel was clean. Check-in, check-out processes were quick and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location was in a more remote area, while accessible by car, roads leading to hotel wasn’t well lit. Parking was expensive, could have been complimentary for staying guests. No kettle in room but a quick stop at reception/bar took care of need for hot water.

The hotel is close to Munich airport, but you still need to take transportation to the terminal. The room is clean and quiet, you can't hear airplanes when the windows are closed. Big and comfortable bed.

There is no closet and enough space for suitcases. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Had a problem connecting to the Internet, the staff said it was that too many guests are connected, and to try until I succeed. I connected after a few hours. Parking is not free and costs 18 euros/day. There are no restaurants in nearby or things to see and visit.

Second time staying here and I love it. Very family friendly and the Staff really make the place. They have changed the beer on tap selection and it's great, this was my main complaint last time. Very close to parking Vogel which is where we leave our car and get the shuttle from, but the hotel does also have a pick up point. We stayed in the large family room and it is a great size for 2 adults and 2 small kids.

Food selection in the evening could be better and served a little earlier.
