Hotel is modern, spacious room, well equipped, enough cabinet space, internet works well. Handy procedure for skipping room cleaning if one wants to. Safe is spacious enough for laptop. Location in front of the railway station and close to many bus stops, as well as city center, is excellent.

Availability of television programs: a lot of channels are in the list but when selected, only show a black screen. There was a false fire alarm (which also happened during my previous stay last year).

Comfortable, spacious, quiet. Convenient location near station, bus stops, cafes, bakeries. Left luggage facility available.

For environmental reasons, we opted for our room not to be serviced over our 3 nights' stay. Unfortunately, this led to difficulties getting our tea and coffee making facilities topped up. We were only provided initially with 2 breakfast tea bags and 2 coffee sachets. Cleaning staff could only provide Earl grey tea. Front desk staff were usually busy with guests queuing to check in or out but we eventually managed to secure additional breakfast tea bags. A more generous initial allowance would have been welcome.

Hotel is opposite the train station which makes it very convenient if you arrive, like me, with a late train. Good breakfast buffet and rooms are modern and of good quality

If you arrive late, make sure to do the digital check in as there will be no staff at the hotel anymore. The digital check-in gives you access to the hotel and your room. I did it without being aware that there would be no staff but arriving close to midnight it saved me at least an hour in finding out how to access the hotel without staff present.

A very clean hotel right outside the train station. Easy access to the town. The staff were great. Even offering a beer for those that don’t opt to have their towels changed every night. ( for stays greater than 1 night , of course).Passau is a beautiful town as well.

I loved everything about the hotel, however, if I had a wish list, I think a small bar fridge would have been good. Given it was very hot, it would have been nice to keep some personal cold drinks in the room.

Easy to access as it's very close and walkable from Bahnhof. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful interiors. Accessibility to all attractions of Passau without any need for vehicles. Highly economic and worth every penny you are spending there.

No bad comments so far but an improvement is possible. The blankets in the queen sized bedroom could have been a bit more larger. Better to have a single bigger family size blanket than two small single ones. Better to provide additional blankets as well.

- Self check-in option was convenient. We completed the process on the train and skipped the queue upon arrival to the hotel. We were provided with digital keys via email to the main entrance, our room and the parking garage. Useful if you need to get to a toilet as soon as possible after several hours on the train or arrive outside of regular working hours. Regular check-in and key cards are also an option; - Excellent location opposite the train station. Walking distance to most of the local tourist attractions, shops, bars and restaurants; - Friendly, helpful receptionist; - Modern interior design; - Clean, decent sized room; - Fast, free Wi-Fi; - Baby cot available upon request subject to availability at an extra cost of 10 Euros. If there are no hotel baby cots available for your toddler, they allow you to use your own travel cot or share the double bed with your toddler at no extra charge; - Complimentary hot and cold beverages provided to guests; - Cosmetic dispensers next to the wash basin and in the walk-in shower; - Good breakfast selection, on par with the hotel's star rating. Scrambled and boiled eggs, sliced bread, buns, sweet and savoury spreads, meat and cheese cuts, natural juices (none of that syrupy stuff), good coffee, cereals (muesli, corn flakes), fresh fruit (and fruit salad); - Complimentary house beers provided to guests if they choose not to have their room cleaned the next day of their stay via a button on the wall in the bathroom; and - Late check out option subject to availability.

- There was a random fire alarm a little before 07:00 in the morning and we had to evacuate to the front of the hotel. Obviously, this is a very rare occurrence which may have been caused by a guest rather than hotel staff, but nobody apologised to us for the false alarm after we were given the green light by hotel staff to go back to our rooms.

- Great location, only 1min walking distance from the main train station, and within 10min you're in the old town - The room was spacious and clean. True to the photos. - Breakfast was good and had a great variety. - Very comfy bed.

- Reception was unfortunately quite slow. - Housekeeping needs some improvement - my shower gel/shampoo was empty for three days though the room was cleaned twice during these three days and I raised it to the reception. In the end I had to go to the reception and got a refill myself.

when I walked into the lobby I knew this was going to be a great hotel — modern, clean — the room was huge with free bottles of water every day. I never expect much from hotels near the train station but this one was a total surprise!!! I give 10 stars for this as I cannot give enough praise. it is across from the train station but on a lower level. shopping starts immediately on that street. I cannot give enough praise for this hotel.

there is absolutely nothing that anyone could dislike here

Location opposite railway station, underground parking and City Bus stop in front of hotel - excellent. Modern, spacious room and bathroom. Had room on he back, so no street noise. Good internet connection and some international channels on TV (BBC News, for instance).

High technology did not always work, there was a false fire alarm/evacuation because of a computer glitch (as far as I could understand). Some of the people at reception desk had marginal English.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the old city. Very spacious room, great huge bed, and very comfortable. Excellent Italian restaurant next door. We could bike around from this hotel, we could park the car in the Hauptbahnhof parking garage for 5 euros per day which is really reasonable. I also liked the design, the rowing boats. We would definitely stay here again.
