This hotel overlooks the Danube and the river cruise boats and is two minutes to everything in the Passau old city and 10-15 minute walk to the train station thru the shopping streets. Room came with breakfast which we enjoyed in the hotel restaurant or on their patio. Room is 200 sq ft but well laid out with closets, large desk and built-in couch seating area and large bathroom and shower. Very helpful and friendly staff. Arrive on the interior/street side to access the elevator; they don't go all the way down to the river quay entrance.

The only trash can was in the bathroom. There is a low hum of river cruise ship prep but only with windows open. I liked the extra seating area but it was quite low; I prefer a couple comfortable sitting chairs.

This small hotel is in the river in Passau. It is also a restaurant and bar. We always choose a hotel with restaurant when we expect to be arriving late. This time our travel was so difficult we even missed that but they were sympathetic, understanding and left us a key. The staff could not be more gracious or helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and modern with a river view. The bed was very comfortable. They held our luggage for us after checkout, while we explored the town and called us a cab when it was time to leave. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our recently refurbished room was stylish and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly, chatty and helpful. The restaurant food was good at sensible prices with a good selection of local wines served by knowledgable staff. Terrace overlooking the river was great for outdoor breakfast when the weather is dry and warm. Location is excellent, easy to find in the car and easy to stop and drop off bags before parking in one of the many nearby car parks. The hotel can advise the cheapest car park.

The first impression form the road side entrance and the stairs are disappointing - hopefully these are in the refurbishment plans. No air-conditioning although the windows do open and the street wasn't too noisy. Breakfast buffet looked a bit thin at times and needs regular topping up.

The rooms were neat, clean, had a mini refrigerator, and were newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace where I had breakfast was lovely overlooking the Donube River. There were lots of restaurants nearby.

I walked with my luggage from the tain station to the hotel for 20 minutes over the uneven cobblestones. It was worth paying 10 Eiro for a taxi to the train station when I left town.

Everything was just perfect !!! 5 stars for the staff... everybody is so kind, so helpful and speak english! The rooms are very fancy, we loved the design :D Food on restaurant for dinner and breakfast were also great !!! When we're back in Passau we for sure are staying here again

Room is small, bathroom challenging for larger people as there is not much space to move.

Excellent breakfast. Buffet + choice of scrabbled or boiled eggs. Staff were friendly and efficient. Garden location with amazing views.

The riverside road was busy early in the morning, with noise and exhaust fumes from riverboats and delivery trucks servicing the tourist boats.

The property has excellent staff, great rooms that are beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. We loved our stay and wish it had been longer.

Personnel is friendly and helpful, coped with my Tarzan-German. Check in and out ran smoothly. Rooms were clean. Garbage bin was not a tiny box hidden in the bathroom, like it is usual elsewhere. Restaurant is convenient and features a terrace with a nice view of the north bank (Oberhaus) and Danube. Food selection comprises local sourced ingrediences in tasty dishes. Even on a busy evening, the personnel was attentive, helpful and the payment was lightning fast. Breakfast ran in a similar fashion. Location is great, in about 20 minutes, you can get anywhere.

Could criticize the mask wearing habits (exposed noses in some cases); other than that, everything was perfect. Given the current state, it was ok.

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, the location excellent and the restaurant food amazing. the rooms were modern and clean with a large tv and very comfortable bed.
