Great location, very nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast seemed very expensive, and there were only 2 teabags in the room for two people staying three nights.

It is located exactly in the city center, was a nice stay even for one night and overall we really enjoyed it. Receptionists were friendly and calmed. The building itself was also really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, kettle with instant coffee and tee filters were provided as present too. The bed was also comfortable. Overall outstanding, especially at this price range.

There was no free parking place at the hotel's parking lot. Fortunately we could park on the street. That is why not 10/10.

Great location right in the city center, friedly service, good value for money, comfy bed, quiet room. There are a few parking spots in front of the hotel, however, they were occupied, the guys at the reception suggested a few free (over the weekend) parkings close in the area and we parked there. We stayed only one night and everything was perfect!

The staff was great, the location was the best part. Room was spacious. Everything was better than expected.

There was a warning from city not to use tap water for drinking and not even for brushing teeth. It's not hotels fault, but It would have been nice if they informed us in advance. They did give a complementary water bottle..

First, the location. Near the train station and also to the main tourist points. It is modern, clear, and has some charm. Breakfast is good—not excellent, but well served. The breakfast room is nicely decorated. Modern rooms with comfortable beds and a modern and functional bathroom. Excellent value for money.

Surprisingly big but quiet hotel in the middle of downtown, close to shops and bars. Big and modern room, comfy beds, nice breakfast.

No flexibility with checkin time. No fridge in the rooms. During these hot days, a bottle of water would be a useful gesture to the arriving guests.

Didnt eat at the hotel as we generally do’t have big breakfasts…everything about the hotel was fantastic, great staff, location and very quiet, comfortable beds, pillows, temperature! And loved having our own kettle in the room. We will highly recommend you!! Thank you!

Location is great, underground parking (limited spots) connected to the hotel, happy hour in the bar was nice hangout place for our group, worked perfectly for our short visit to lovely Passau

Breakfast price, have stayed at Premier Inns in London that were much less.

It was a nice place in a good location and access to center of town. The staff were nice. I was a clean and cozy place. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the quality of food.

It would have been nicer if slippers and toothpaste were available. Especially slippers!

Great location. Large, clean room. Bathroom has a real door (sadly, not something you can take for granted anymore)

Cleaning only if you ask for it the night before, so I had to go ask for toilet paper since it was not restocked.
