A stunning and spacious, modern apartment with a magnificent bathroom. A large fridge, toaster, cooktop and microwave completed the well equipped kitchen. The apartment was quiet and the bed was really comfortable so we slept well each night. Perfectly located close to excellent cafes, restaurants and a great supermarket. Views of the castle from the huge bathtub were a bonus!

A very nice, clean and well equipped apartment, smooth self check-in, a wonderful bathroom, comfortable beds, good location, close to almost every visiting objective in Passau.

We arrived in the evening, the reception was no longer serviced and we were not able to find the bicycle storage room, however hard we tried. We left the bikes outside the hotel in a rack, but there were cameras and we did not worry. The vending machine in the lobby did not receive credit cards or banknotes, so we could only buy one bottle of water with the change we had, as there were no stores / restaurants open after 9 pm in the vicinity.

The location is central and convenient for the motorway. Very good breakfast but get there early before the other guests get at it.

We stay here at least twice a year travelling to and from the UK. The rooms are basic and could do with an upgrade. While everything is clean, the bathrooms need a rework to bring them up to modern standards. Having some basic things like good bathroom towels and a kettle would be good. Parking can be a lottery, so do not arrive late. We usually have dinner in the hotel. Sometimes it's excellent, but this was not the case during our last stay. Breakfast should be available earlier as many guests have a long days travelling ahead of them.We It's pricey to stay so no excuses.

It's one of our favourite hotels lately. We get a spacious suite where our teenage daughter can sleep in a separate room. There is air conditioning, which is rare in Germany. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed mattress is comfy hard, just the way we like it. The pillows are soft, just how we like it. Parking is not overpriced. Close to the city centre. Dogs are allowed. Clean.

Maybe there is one tiny flaw that the large bedroom has no closet to unpack the clothes. So this accommodation is perfect for one or two nights but not for several days.

a little bit difficult to bring up the luggages to the main entrance, as the ramp is steep, not ideal for big and heavy luggages or baby-pram (there was a little snow on the stairs too during the check out, so one need to be very careful during winter-time).

I was very positively surprised by this hotel. It does not look very high end on the outside bit the rooms are really BIG (at least 50 sq. m.) and have everything necessary. They are also furnished with first class furniture. The bathroom is gigantic and has a standalone bath. There is also a big TV with Sky channels and a Soundbar, coffee machine, refrigerator, etc. Isolation of the windows is also perfect. You can park in a covered parking lot next door for 10 Eur/day. The walk to downtown is 15 minutes over the bridge. The place is also spotlessly clean and follows all anti-COVID regulations.

Friendly check-In; room ready by 12 noon and allowed to use the room. Good view of the old town of Passau through the large window. Nice bathroom and kitchenette. Very short and picturesque walk across River Inn on Marienbrücke to Old Town. Good parking space in front of hotel.

No barrier-free access to reception from the front, just steps. There may be a barrier free entrance at the back but we are not sure. Breakfast was not so good. Defrosted bread, hard breadrolls, no croissants, tea brands not good

There was a laundry just around the corner. This was convenient after 2 weeks on the river cruise and biking! There was also a grocery store 2 blocks away, easy walking distance for breakfast, drinks and snacks. It also had coffee and fresh pastries. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was very nice! We used the fridge and microwave. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the towel warmer. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. This room was nicer than the rooms we stayed at the Hilton in Munich and Prague! We ate dinner at an Italian restaurant, 23 Venti tre, that was excellent and only 2 blocks from the hotel.

Always when we go to Passau we stay at the same hotel. This time we had a couple of friends visiting and they could come without a problem, of course with the warning that they can't stay overnight which is only natural. The site of the room was great and the bathtub is very cool and the hotel is 5-10 minutes away from the old town (walking distance). I would definitely recommend it.

That you have to pay extra for the parking but there are free spaces nearby. I parked at a family member´s house a couple of minutes away but in any case is only 10 bucks or so.

room is big for a 3 person family and it's very clean. Since we arrived quite late in the evening, the staff had arranged everything for us, e.g. incl. parking lot, entering code to the hotal and how to get the key... and send us the email before we arrived... really very thoughful!

Unfortunately we didn't sleep quite well as we always heard the noise which sounded like someone upstairs walked on the floor at night (several times)
