Good breakfast but nothing spectacular - big breakfast room so no waiting, even when busy. Good location little outside the town but easy walking distance. Good conference hotel

Public transport connections were OK, walkway at end of hotel entrance very muddy so suitcase wheels and shoes always dirty. Beds far too soft and heat retaining (memory foam??) Hotel lobby noisy at times, particularly during conference breaks. Open plan design meant noise carried to upper floors. Bar seemed to close early

+ breakfast was tasty, not a great variety but I'd say that very decent; great smoothie + very kind staff at the reception, english speaking; + comfortable beds, clean room, spacious bathroom with bathtube, good quality soap with nice smell :) + good location

- parking for 25 euro/night - it's great that it was avaliable and it's spacious but pricy - no kettle avaliable in the room; - it's minor inconvienience but TV programms in english are not working;

very nice staff at the front desk - with recommendations on what to do; nice room with soundproof windows; a minor issue (missing bottle of water) was resolved promptly and in a professional and friendly manner

nothing really - but: My spouse hurt his forehead hitting against a not-so-well-lit board within the cupboard. Although there is a light to switch on for the cupboard these particular shelves were at an odd and unexpected height...

We are very surprised with Dorint Hotel during our family stay in Potsdam. Very friendly staff! Extreme clean room. The absolute Highlight is the pool & wellness, really clean and organized. My kid was very happy and had a lot of fun there. We will surely stay in the same hotel next time we travel. p.s. we got a bed added for kid without extra cost. That was really nice.

Amazingly quiet, even thought the hotel was booked out. No traffic noise, no slamming doors. Very good breakfast.

A slight chemical smell in the rooms. It improved a little when we changed rooms, but still noticeable. The "shampoo" in the bath made my hair feel extremely icky, as if I had washed it with soap. It turns out that the "shampoo" looked, smelled and felt exactly like the hand soap at the sink (something the staff denied). No hair conditioner either. You need to bring your own supplies. Skimpy towels, no wash cloths, no shower cap. It seems one needs to ask for everything.

The pool was wonderful for my daughter. Breakfast was absolutely great. There was no electric kettle in the room, but when I asked, they gave me a kettle, which was so great.

We decided to close the windows and use the Air-conditioning, which worked great. But I thought the duvet was still a little too warm, I think it was a duvet for wintertime.

Breakfast is very nice - wide selection of meals and food one can choose from. I really liked the spa - the pool is excellent. The location is also very good. A bit distant from the center of Potsdam but very close to parks, chateaus and many other historical sites (for example the Glienicke Bridge).

I was very satisfied and have nothing to complain about.

Enjoyed this spacious, modern hotel including the bike hire (no electric) and the aqua spa (5 euros per person per visit). 10 Minute walk to restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to Sans Souci Park. Good sized and comfortable rooms.

This is primarily a convention style hotel so not for those looking for something more cosy and traditional.

I liked the swimming pool very much and the breakfast too, especially the pancakes it was so so yummy. 🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞

The kids bed wasn't very comfortable. The swimming pool can be deeper so it's more fun and exciting to go in.

Clean and comfortable, big rooms, excellent breakfasts with variety of food, underground parking with a lot of space, also small swimming pool available for guests, nice and helpful staff and wifi working reasonably fast - it was very nice stay.
