The rooms are much more comfortable as expected when we did enter the hotel. There was a bit disappointment when we enter the hotel, because of the old fashioned style of the lobby, restaurant etc. But the rooms are actually pretty nice.
Not specific this hotel or the people of the hotel. The contact with the staff or people on the street is not warm. Certainly not rude or unwelcome but with distance, hard to get a smile on their face. I am not 100% sure, but we see this with many people on the street here.

Room looked out on the lake and got the afternoon sun.
Room was very poorly lit, so once the natural light had gone, the room was quite dark. The rooms were in a separate building 50 metres down the street and around the corner from the hotel. This was not good on arrival and at breakfast time. The hotel was understaffed, although the young woman who was mostly there worked very hard and did her best to help guests.
