Location across the street from the train station was excellent. A shopping center with a grocery store was also across the street. Very short walk to the entrance to the city through a city gate. Delicious breakfast was included in the price. Room was very clean and neat. The sitting area by the window gave us extra space. I think the price was competitive for a triple room booked six months in advance.

Next to a busy street, but I'm hard of hearing, so it didn't bother me as much as my travel companions. Only an issue when the windows are open.

Excellent value for the price, honestly. Loved that we were offered free parking no questions asked (other hotels charging 8-15 Euros extra!), and the room was very good and absolutely sufficient. Not top luxury - but for that you go and pay double! A couple of the lights didn't work, but we decided that wasn't really a bother. Free wifi worked well, beds were comfy, everything clean, the place quiet, and a great breakfast buffet! Location is excellent, a very short walk into the very heart of town. Staff helpful and supportive. Appreciated the stay, thank you!

Like I said, there were two lights that weren't working, which should be easy fixing for housekeeping. We would have asked but really didn't need them so decided not to bother...

Hotel really It exceeded my expectations as usually beside railway station hotels are just min standard type. Room was completely fresh, looks recently renovated large size, king size bad, on 33C outside A/C was working perfectly, parking available. Location just 10 min walking distance from the old town tower gate, breakfast very good.

The location is great, all tourist attractions are within walking distance. No noise from the street although we did ask for a room facing the inner yard. Breakfast was spectacular too: various cheeses, sausages, breads, fruits, coffee/tea etc. The staff is very nice and were able to extend our stay at the same price for another night.

Parking can be difficult to find. We were lucky as there was an empty space right next to the hotel, but there are no reserved spaces for the hotel, so it depends on your luck a lot. We got a room with separate beds and there was no way to move them together, but we knew that it could happen when booking it, so we got what we paid for anyway :-).

The breakfast buffet was 4.5 stars very nice. The hotel was 5 minutes from the old city gate. The staff was also very good and helpful.

Caught a little cigarette smoke from the hallway and our room was a smoking room though you couldn't tell. Might bring your own pillow, theirs are pretty soft. And still getting used to the two twins together king bed and individual comforter sheets. But that is part of the adventure.

breakfast wasn’t great. no toaster so have to have scrambled eggs on brioche bread. bit strange. the ham was really smoky and smelled so strong I could eat it. not much variety - probably better off to walk into the town centre and find a nice cafe for breakfast

The hotel is just in front of the station, so if you travel with trains and carry your baggage, it must be a good choice to stay this hotel. Also, there is a supermarket across the street, so you can explore German snacks,chocolate, and so on. The hotel gave us a helpful Japanese guide map.

Easy walk to the old town. Free parking, although you will likely end up in an open lot across the street because there are only a few spots on the hotel’s property.

Very basic. Pillows were flat, towels are cheap, etc. but we paid for a budget room, so we’re not really complaining.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Kindly let us keep our motorcycle in the garage overnight. She was even concerned about us riding in the rain. Breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately located right on a busy junction, and as it was hot we needed the windows open.

Friendly welcoming staff. Good size room and bathroom. Good WiFi. Short walk into Old Town. Supermarket nearby. I arrived on a motorcycle and was able to park it in the garage overnight.

The only negative was that, our room was on the corner, so we had a main road on each side of our room. It was a pretty busy road with cars and lorries so was pretty noisy at all times.
