The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean the location was good: almost everything reachable by foot and several metro stations close by. The neighbourhood is residential, but with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. My one-person room was small but not tiny, I could move around in it and all the necessary facilites were ther.

Nothing really, it is value for money. This is not a place to stay in if you cannot walk a few stairs as there is no lift but there are really not that many stairs.

Conveniently located. Physically clean, though a stale or smoky smell was sometimes noticeable in the room and corridor. Fresh bread at breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly in brief conversations.

It’s a little bit dated and the duvets and pillows showed this. There was a stale smell in the room and corridors. I find it a bit impersonal that you have to let yourself in with a code these days. Room was incredibly hot when I arrived. Had to turn heaters off that had been on even on a 27C day. Breakfast was limited continental style but bread was fresh. Milk was warm :(

The room was clean, nice and warm. The location was great, my sister and I walked to the city center and it was also close to the subways. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. They also gave us information about places to visit and transportation. We arrived a little bit early, which I had told them beforehand. When we arrived, our room was ready, which was great. When we checked out, we could leave our suitcases at the hotel until train time, so we could explore a little bit more. They were very helpful with everything!

Location is excellent, walking distance to multiple Stadtbahn stations and restaurants. No laundry onsite, but there is a public laundry across the street. Plug outlets are convenient and there is plenty of storage space for clothes, bags, etc.

Not a big deal for me, but there wasn’t much of a view out of my window, and there is no lift. Also the doors do not lock automatically, you must lock them yourself.

Great location for exploring the rest of Stuttgart - excellent public transportation, connections just around the corner. A little bit difficult with large suitcases and no lift, but staff assisted so that was much appreciated. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff; good breakfast buffet. Room was great size and very quiet (even with the window open overnight). Bathrooms quite small, however, everything is very clean!

Clean place, everything is as expected. Nice breakfast, very reasonable price, definitely recommend you to include it to your reservation. We were living at the top floor under the roof. It was quiet, the place has air conditioning but without remote - it automatically turned on between 2pm and 6pm. You can ask to adjust it or turn off at the reception. The neighborhood is nice looking, children playground is near. Few groceries and wine shop are just around the corner. 20 min by foot from the main train station.

There is no elevator, and 4 floors, very steep stairs, be aware.

Everything was absolutely perfect, I arrived early in the morning, 7 am and was already given a room. The room was in the attic, lovely, had everything I needed, even the AC. Location is perfect, just few hundred meters from the main pedestrian shopping street and very well connected by public transport to airport, fair; Fernsehturm and other attractions, and great supermarket and some restaurantsare just around the corner.

Actually, everything was great, it might be a bit inconvenient that there is no elevator, if you are staying in fourth floor.

The staff at the check in was super friendly. Its a cute little Pension house serving exactly what you would need for a short work trip. Good wifi, clean rooms and bathroom. Its in a nice quiet neighbourhood, very close to public transport.

I was on the second floor, so it was alright without an elevator, but maybe if you get higher rooms that could be a problem. Maybe they could inlcude fresh fried egs and bacon and sausages, It mostly include non perishable food.

We were warmly welcomed by the Gentleman and Lady(sorry I did not have their name) in front desk. Room is warm and bed is super comfortable, best sleep in the 10 days trip. Great breakfast in reasonable price compare to the hotels in Munich. Awesome location, Christmas market in 10 mins walk. Everything meet or beyond my expectation, it's a great stay.

We arrived late and a key was made available in a key box. The room was clean and tidy exactly as pictured on the listing. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was a typical continental (not American) breakfast. Staff in the morning were warm and welcoming.

Not an issue for us as we are capable of carrying our bags, but please note that you will have to carry your bags yourself up 1-3 flights of stairs - it is not staff's job to do this for you.
