The EmiLou Hotel was fantastic! We loved this Hotel! Besides being absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and close to everything you want to do and see! The staff and front reception ladies were the best! They were so helpful in their suggestions and so nice as well! The room was wonderful! The bedding was so comfortable, the big walk-in shower and bathroom were excellent! Great lighting too! The restaurant was delicious! We ate lunch there several times because the food was so good, and the selection was excellent! The morning breakfast was delicious as well! There were ample selections for everyone, and they also had custom egg choices which were perfect! The delicious coffee was free flowing, and the cappuccinos were the best! The fitness center was also great! Overall, this Hotel is beyond a 10!

This hotel is located in the centre of Stuttgart on a quiet side street, very close to the pedestrian area. There is very little passing traffic, and no noise from the street. The rooms are nicely laid out, and the beds extremely comfortable. The air conditioning in the rooms works perfectly - nice and cool in the Stuttgart summer. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast is great - a nice cold buffet with meat and/or cheese platters, cereals, some juices - plus the added bonus of a small a la carte menu for additional hot items. These arrive quickly, freshly cooked, from the kitchen. Breakfast staff are very attentive. Night staff loaned me a phone charger as I had forgotten mine. I didn't come by car, so have no opinion on the parking.

Getting to the rooms is a challenge - you need to use your room key to access the floor once you emerge from the elevator, and I spent some time looking where to swipe my door card - nothing worked. I was about to return to reception when I noticed the swipe pad opposite the elevator & not at the door. It seems everyone experiences this, yet staff don't tell you where the access pad is located. Some rooms had coffee machines, some didn't. Both my colleague and I asked for an iron & ironing board (as there is none in the room). It never arrived for either room. Drinking water wasn't refilled by housekeeping during the day. No apple juice at breakfast, no allergens on the breakfast menu / on the buffet (maybe they don't need to tell you in Germany / or provide options).

Excellent location for exploring the city centre. Comfortable modern room with all expected facilities, including coffee maker. Good breakfast buffet. Bar available in the evening and drinks can be taken to the rooftop lounge. Parking underneath the building which is in a private area of the car park for Galleria Kaufhof and has a lift directly into the hotel. Attentive, helpful staff.

When we arrived, a beer bottle from a previous occupant had been left in our room. The tea/coffee wasn’t replenished on second day. Design flaws that are not fixable by staff: Central location did mean there was noise late at night (we were on 4th floor overlooking the city). Black fittings in bathroom showed any dust and scratches. Crazy style of crockery In restaurant makes it difficult to pick anything up! I feel for the wait staff.

I liked the location. Walking distance to downtown. I liked the separate toilet and bathroom. In photos, it wasn't clear and I was concerning about separation of the toilet and bedroom with a curtain. Luckily there was small room with door for that.

I really hated that car parking. Dirtiest and bizarre garage I've ever seen. I really didn't get to pass through that abandoned areas to access the hotels garage door. But at least the license plate is recognized and I managed to access to hotel without any trouble.

Fantastic location. Convenient parking. Lots of great restaurants and shops close by. Really nice rooms and lobby areas. Bed comfortable. Staff was really helpful.

They had extra security measures so your key had to let you into a hallway before you could get into your room. You could only get into the hallway on your own floor which made it difficult because our daughters, who we were traveling with, were on a different floor and we couldn’t easily visit each other.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. Enjoyed being able to walk out the front door and across the street to the Christmas Markets! There is a lovely restaurant on the entry floor of the hotel and there were lots of markets and restaurants and shopping immediately outside the front doors!

Nothing! It was great! I’m an American and love a huge cup of coffee in the morning. The European machines only make a small cup so I had to make a second cup. But it was great coffee.

Everything. Clean, cost place. A lot of facilities around. Sauna and roof terrace was perfect opportunity to spend evening. The staff is friendly, always trying to give advice if there is need for it. Just perfect match - money quality. Recommend for business travellers.

There was a issue with beverages, because other company provide them, and at late evening u can't bybany of them, cause hotel workers don't have access to those beverages.

the hotel is right in the city center which makes it very convenient to walk around. it is also spotlessly clean and the breakfast is extremely high quality. staff is very kind and accommodating. the parking just below the hotel is a big plus

we stayed for a Saturday night and the noise level was very high. the sad part is that there is noise coming from the hotel itself (we were on the second floor and could feel the base from the hotel bar). also, the soundproofing inside the hotel is really bad, the other guests closing their doors is very bothersome - especially when they don’t care about the noise they’re making. the concrete floors in the rooms don’t help either, we could hear people with heels on walking in the room above.

The Italian staff at reception were wonderful. I liked the care taken on security issues, both to access rooms and in the parking area. The rooms were modern, although a bit stark, clean and very functional. I also liked the fact that we could order eggs to our liking at breakfast at no extra charge. Highly recommended hotel.

A minor point- I would prefer stepping on a rug near the bed rather than a concrete floor in the morning.

Central location , modern architecture , very helpful and forthcoming staff.( except the room maids…) The parking setup in the garage ist a bit complicated- but if have grasped the setup it’s amazing and efficient.

The room maids were not up to the job.No fresh tissues in the bathroom,shower heads were partially blocked, the room was almost flooded because the water couldn‘t run out… And why did the take away my second room key????
