The location is very good, close to the restaurants, supermarket around the corner, 18 minutes maybe until the train station. The bed comfortable and everything clean, we did enjoy our stay there 😀 I liked a lot the shower and the pressure of water, amazing for long hair.

We had this experience with a partner that takes the amount of money before your arrival and than it should be sent into the host account but something didn’t go well and the money remained on hold more than it should; the girl from reception was cooperative and this situation got solved after one day. Was my first experience of this type. They say the reservation is free and not needed to be paid in advance but a few days before arrival the amount will be requested and blocked from your account, I think this should be mentioned.

Clean, tidy room and bathroom, very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. Very comfy bed. All facilities were there and as described in Booking.com, generously supplied with toilet papers and toiletries. Good WiFi signal, working lift, great location; it is 3 minutes walk to Olgaeck U Bahn and buses which takes you everywhere, very close to EDEKA and Lidl, restaurants and shops. I was given the permission to place my luggage at the reception when I arrived two hours earlier than check in time, nice staff and really burning to help the customers, special thanks to Philipp who communicated with me via messaging and sorted out the temp issue with central heating. Rich breakfast, suitable for vegetarians, the restaurant staff are so friendly and polite.

Only my bathroom had a too tight area between the toilet seat and the shower cabin. A bit uncomfy.

Clean and basic. Simple easy come and go. Breakfast while very standard did the job and was great fit for use. No extra luxuries just basic food that will keep you going. I found it quite nice. Staff were all friendly and easy to deal with. Bathroom again very basic but did the job great.

Some minor stain in my room. My pillow was horrible. And the curtain didn't cover the full window. Some loud noise from street at night but no fault of the hostel. The hair dryer in the bathroom casing was melted and had an awful smell of burn off it. I think that is a fire hazard in some sense.

The staff! Very nice people, caring and attentive. I left my luggage at the reception desk and when had to come back to get it, was a bit late. So they waited till I came and didn’t complain at all. Also the bed was comfortable, location was very close to metro station and a big supermarket. Everything needed was close-by

Hmm, not much to complain. Only that my room was right next to the reception and people were noisy there, probably didn’t assume there was a room close to them and they can disturb.

Been here several times before, excellent location, friendly staff, nice and clean, good rooms and usually an excellent breakfast.

Breakfast has no omelettes as they had run out of eggs figs by 8am. Initially double charged for the booking. I queried it with the hotel and was told it sometimes happens with Booking.com but don’t worry as one will be refunded in a few days. It was, but was a worrying couple of days and left me £160 out of pocket initially.

Located very close to public transport! (several options available). Town center is not to far away, it’s possible to reach by foot (if you like to walk), or you can use public transportation options. (Just a heads up, you do have to walk uphill to get to the hotel from the town center on foot… it’s not a steep hill. But if you take public transportation, then it’s no problem). Several nice and reasonable restaurants very close by, serving traditional local food. Just ask at the front desk. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and with answering questions. Parking price is very reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a nice value for the money and the location. In a quiet part of town (my room was on the back side of the hotel) I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again on my next visit.

Some of the parking spaces are in front of the hotel. But seems like a safe neighborhood. Breakfast wasn’t available due to Covid restrictions, but free coffee was available every morning.

We were really impressed by the hotel and the rooms. They are large and luxurious and we were glad to see finally a fairly priced accommodation. The owner/receptionist was very helpful and kind and the hotel is situated in a nice area with parking houses nearby. If we ever visit Frankfurt again, for sure this is where we will be staying!

The breakfast was pretty expensive, although I heard very good.

The hotel is ideally located a +/- 10 min walk from both the King street and the station, and offers parking as well (at an additional fee) making this an ideal hotel regardless of your preferred mode of travel. Convenient contactless check-in if arriving past check-in hours. There is a small fridge in the room (which is uncommon in Europe) conveniently stocked with drinks that you can purchase if you wish. The bathroom is modern and has a showerhead with a powerful flow (which also seems uncommon in Europe). All-in-all a great experience.

We were only told on the last day that there is coffee available at all times, which considering the price of coffee was a bit of a bummer.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. I am a person who's always freezing, but i was very happy with the bed and bedsheets. Washroom was clean and all in all its a nice hotel to stay!

I didnt like the carpet in our room. It was pretty old and didnt look clean. I also didn't like the fact, that there was no possibility to make a tea or coffee in the room. I also think that the price for two nights was a bit much.

I stay quite frequently in this hotel due to office trips & each time am welcomed with nice hospitality & amazing services. The hotel has an amazing location, tram line, big supermarket, multiple restaurants all just at 1 minute walking distance. The hotel has its own parking facility (paid) & have an option of balcony room as well. I would recommend the place.
