had a perfect stay at this hotel. The location was great, it was very convenient to access all the sights and attractions I wanted to visit. What made my stay even more special was the exceptional staff. They were warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were helpful with any requests I had, and they were always friendly and smiling. Overall, my stay at this hotel was perfect, the combination of great location, exceptional staff and the warm atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience.

Not getting a place in the parking lot. I think the staff should litterally walk out with clients and make sure they have paid the entire parking amount. I'm very disappointed that the meter only allowed me to purchase a maximum amount good until 8 pm. In my home town, that's the time the meters are finished. I came back to a parking ticket anyway. And...no, it"s not easy to just put money from my non exhistant German bank account into the bank account of the German parking auhtorities. I'll be sending them a check.

Great location, you can walk to the city center very easily. The room, the bed, the bathroom all of them were really clean and in good condition. Very friendly staff. The hotel has its own parking lots.

We've had a room looking to the street side and it was a Saturday night. Because of the nightclub just next to the hotel it was a little bit noisy during the night.

Located in the very city centre of Stuttgart with all shopping areas, restaurants and many sights within walking distance. Location itself is blissfully quiet though. Clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly personal service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wifi included.

No aircondtioning which, in the middle of a heatwave (32 C / 89 F), is not ideal but the room had a large fan installed during said heatwave which made things bearable.

Staff at Reservation was too friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who managed our checking procedures, helped us too much and we took our notes to stay there again for future Stuttgart stays. Location was also so good.

The pillows may be impoved. You may put additional pillows to the rooms in case of any need.

The staff were very nice. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast is quite substantial. A fan in the room is helpful. Small bar is fun.

No safe. No fridge. No international TV. No climate.

It can get a bit loud on the streets, as there are many pubs and clubs in the area, it's not the hotel's fault though.

The reception was open 24/7 and were able to communicate well in English. The room was comfortable and clean.

The website noted there was free parking facilities, however these limited amount of spaces were already taken. I had to park the car in the street (paid facility).
