excellent location with parking directly underneath , right by the river Danube. Rooms close together as requested and large and comfy. Friendly staff , 1 room was ready and even though we arrived earlier than check in time we were allowed in so could put all our bags in. 10 minute walk along the river to large town with the cathedral (tallest spire in the world by the way ). Hotel is on a great location just far enough out to be quiet but easy access to town or walks along the river. Good breakfast to. Would stay there again and probably will. Birthplace of Einstein to.

you have to pay for the gym ( 5 euros ) and the sauna (5 euros ) and this is usually included in most hotels, maybe I am being mean . other wise a great hotel , pool is free to use.

The hotel is located close to the Minster Cathedral, so really within a walking distance to the centre. The hotel room was large (we were upgraded) and very comfortable with a big bathroom and a huge shower. The buffet breakfast was one of the best ones I've had, very varied, replenished all the time, and the staff was attentive. For all spa/relaxation lovers, the hotel has a spacious spa with a pool. The hotel guests can also use the next door underground garage that is connected to the hotel. The hotel now offers only one restaurant where we had a dinner one night, and it was delicious. Overall, a really good experience.

The only drawback is that the pool is sometimes overrun by kids who parents don't control quite well.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful location, easy underground parking, very modern and clean building. The staff is very friendly and they speak English, perfect for tourists like us whose German is very rusty. Our room was great and had a gorgeous view 🥰 The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the room is so big that you have plenty of space to eat in peace. The swimming pool was also very nice (a few more sunbeds would be nice, though). The walk from the hotel to the city centre or, the opposite direction, the major green park in the city is so nice and relaxing! And the price is super reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

Location on the Danube and in walking distance to the old city centre of Ulm. Great breakfast buffet. Large comfortable beds. Friendly staff and elegant ambience. Beautiful selection of teas at breakfast

No kettle and coffee maker on the room. During the day guest could get a DIY coffee/tea at the reception for a fee. No robes/slippers available in the rooms to wear to the in house spa area. The coffee at breakfast needs improving, it tasted acidic, burnt and lacked flavour.

Perfect location - 15 mins walk to the Münster, 5 mins to the edge of the Altstadt. Big underground parking - but beware if a congress or concert is taking place in the time of your stay, as the parking might be occupied by the visitors. Good breakfast, big rooms suitable for families. Kids loved to play with electronically managed shower. Marvellous view to the old city - it’s also the view to sunset, vey nice!

There were no glasses in the room, and air conditioning was not cold enough, even though we switched it to 10 degrees.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Lovely room, excellent breakfast. There is also a very nice swimming pool. After we checked out, we went for a walk into town and just as we left it started to rain. One of the breakfast staff, who was just going home, saw us, went back in and fetched some umbrellas for us. All without asking. That is truly quality service.

Room lighting is very dim, there was no tea/coffee facility and kettle in the room, it's very inconvenient if you want a coffee or tea early in the morning or late at night, because you need to get dressed and go down to the reception and buy one, for a 4 star hotel you would expect this service

This Hotel is clean and beautiful, and very close to Old Town. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that since I did not require housekeeping services, that the staff were very understanding and accommodating in regards to my wishes. I would most definitely stay here again. I also appreciated that this is a non-smoking Hotel. A big thank you to all the friendly and kind staff!

I've stayed here before and will again. Most comfortable bed, best views, great food, super clean, and right on the Danube River. If you enjoy walking, it's a great location. Staff speaks excellent English, very friendly and accommodating. Expect to pay extra for using facilities like the fitness center, bikes, and swimming. Regardless, I will definitely be staying here again.

A little farther from most shopping, but if you enjoy walking, and the weather is nice, you should be good to go. The tub is way too narrow and you have to be careful getting in and out when showering.

Maritim Ulm hotel is definitely closer to 5*, than 4*. We traveled to Legoland with kid. First of all, hotel receptionist find possibility to give us room in higher floor with outstanding view to Danube River an Ulm city and give welcome present for our kid. Special thanks for it! All services was really good. Our favourite was pool zone with sauna. We are very happy, that choose Maritim Ulm.

I'm sure, that breakfast for 18€ per adult guest is excellent, but, in my opinion, it is a bit overpriced. Especially in Ulm, where You can find amazing restaurants like "Mommo's Pasta & Pizza" - there for same price You can get outstanding satisfaction of taste and hospitality.. p.s. price for three people including glass of prosecco..
