Location is very central in Wedel, walking distance from the river bank and close to train station and several restaurants and shops. We used the hotel as our baae to reach Hamburg. It takes 40 min with the train and the price is very reasonable with a tourist day ticket. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet during the night.

There is no parking on the property, although the hotel staff were very helpful in directing us to the closest public parking, which happened to be also free of charge. It would have been a great addition if there had been an electric kettle or a coffee maker in the rooms.

Secure underground garage for our bycyles also good for cars. Comfortable bed.Lovely view from window of trees and rooftops ,fly screen on windows so no bugs came in.Excellent breakfast, tea freshly made and brought to you.Yoghurts,fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices cereals etc.God location easy to walk to restaurants. On Ochsen cycle route. Very friendly helpful staff.Wew were tempted to stay another night.Lift useful for bags.

Quiet room, good location near S-bahn. Ideal for viditing Hamburg. Nice staff though we saw many different faces.

Very noisy fan in bathroom. At might we went to the toilet in the dark so as to not wake each other up! Grouting in bathroom is turming black and needs cleaning. Map that is handed out at reception shows several restaurants that no longer exist. Time for an update!

The property is spotless / extremely clean. The breakfast is 7 stars. staff are extremely friendly and caring.. our flight was delayed and the hotel staff called me to coordinate access. we will surely revisit again. again, staff / Mgt of this hotel are professional and caring.

The room has no freezer. The hotel should offer Iron board service. During off peak time, the lounge at lobby should open to the guest.

Staff were Fantastic, Helpful, Happy, everything really. I have a lovely stay, clean room, comfortable bed. Lots of breakfast choice on buffet bar.

I found the position of the telephone and also of the radio/clock very inconvenient and therefore difficult to use. The poor telephone connection caused a few interruptions of telephone calls.

everything is good except that there was no free packing lot when I arrived.So I have got to pay for the packing in the garage.

Lovely breakfast buffet and plenty of strong coffee. The hotel was well run, very clean and so modern that I wrongly assumed it had been built recently.
