We were expecting the check-in to be somewhat problematic, since we had sent a request to check in late and got no reply. Fortunately, everything went well - the reveltion was closed, but we called the number on the door and got our keys in 10 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean. We especially appreciated the fact that we could adjust the bed mattress with a remote control. The TV had Netflix and anything else you might need. The staff was always friendly and the location was great - just a few minutes walking distance to the centre.

The room was very small for 3 people. There were no big towels in the room, just a small hand/face towel for each person - so we had to use that after showering. We have put the "please clean room" sign on the door, but nobody came to clean the room. We were expecting someone to come and clean it and bring some toilet paper, since we had run out, but we came back in the evening just to notice no one had been there. The breakfast could improve a lot - there was just bread/croissants, some spreads, cereal, and you could take some foil-wrapped plates that contained either 3 slices of cheese or 3 slices of meat. Some vegetables or other dishes (omelette etc) would have been much appreciated, considering the price of the room :)

- The rooms were a bit small, but for two people for a few days they are more then enough - There is no AC, only a fan, so not the best place when it is too hot. They have a fan that helps, and if you open the windows at night the room will get cool fast

Nice hotel located in the city center and only 15 minutes on foot from the train station. The check in was super easy and we could leave the luggage in the hotel after the check out. We did not book any breakfast, so we can not evaluate it. The room is confortable and bigger than the average hotel room, with water cooker, small fridge and a safe. Bathroom with window!! Staff very nice and welcoming.

You can hear everything people say in the other rooms!! If you have a light sleep I suggest earplugs, or... Another hotel :)

The staff, a young lady, at the breakfast room was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

There was no staff serving guests arriving after 4.30pm for check-in. They just changed the hotel phone number but it was not updated on website or anywhere else and we could not reach any staff. We booked a triple room but no bedsheet and towel were provided for the 3rd person, and we could not reach any staff. The saving grace was that the staff at the breakfast room the next morning offered free breakfast for us as compensation.

Great location. Not far from Marktplatz which was busy with the wine festival going on. We arrived after 4:30p when the check-in desk was closed. After a quick phone call to the number provided received a quick response and retrieved keys from a lock box on the ground floor. Small minor hiccup but the room was perfect for our needs.

Room overlooked a side street so could hear street noise (cars and in the morning trash truck). Also bar adjacent to hotel had noisy patrons until after 10:30p. When windows were closed the noise was much less noticeable - glad for cool nights to allow for the windows to be closed.

This must be the cleanliest hotel I have ever been, room, corridors and breakfast area. All are spick and span! It was warm is the old building with the summer temperatures, but the brand new fan was ideal to cool the room for a good night sleep. Ample Parking place is just around the corner, and in the city center.

Breakfast quality is excellent, but little choice. Some additional options, or a juice maker would be a nice addition.

Hotel was small as were the rooms. But they were designed well and even had a small refrigerator. There was enough space to sleep 3 adults comfortably in the room. Location was central to everything around Wurzburg and the hotel manager was extremely helpful with sight suggests and flexible to our needs. The value of his assistance and insights was enough to cover the entire cost of the stay. The room was also very reasonable priced for the area. But that was did not bother us a single bit. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Wurzburg.

The only negative is that it is a bit loud outside with the cafe below which usually has a large young crowd.

The service from the moment of arrival was excellent. We were welcomed by the owner who brought us to our room. He even reserved a table for us at a nearby Italian restaurant. Due to corona restrictions, there was no breakfast buffet, but the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast that would feed us for two days!! Helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel. Paid parking next to the hotel. Good location

Nothing not to like!

Everything was great!

The owner of the hotel is probably the friendliest person on this planet. We had some very special requests (wheelchair etc.) and he did literally EVERYTHING to accommodate us. Thank you so much again! Also, the hotel itself was very clean and perfect for the purpose of our trip - to attend someone's wedding in the city hall (4 min away by foot).

The staff were wonderful. We arrived in the morning directly after landing in Frankfurt. It was much too early to check into our room, but the staff invited us to leave our luggage with them and they had it placed in our room when we returned from sightseeing. Everything was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would gladly stay here again.

Everything was as expected. No complaints.
