The location was good, close to train station (about a 7 min walk) and a 5 min walk to the main shopping area. There were 2 waters in the room every day.

There was not a kettle or cups in the room and the hand soap ran out on the 1st day - we let them know, but wasn't filled up. Seemed to be on rations for toilet paper and soap! No air con, but they did provide a fan which was a godsend ! Some reception staff not helpful and most of the time were not at the desk - we had to look for them to check in and then check out. But, all quite minor things ...

Spacious bedroom and bathroom and very comfortable bed, Good hot powerful shower much appreciated, Parking at the nearby Parkhaus am Theater is convenient and straightforward. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant.

Having read that there would be bedside sockets, we were amazed that to find there was only one electrical socket in the entire bedroom, and that this was at ground level by the entrance door. This meant that we had to use the coffee machine on the floor! Very inconvenient for making coffee, and generally unacceptable in this day and age when there are so many electrical gadgets that need charging.

Location was very good. Quiet street. Room was modern and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

It was one of the hottest days of the summer (100F/38C), and we were on the top floor in a family room. They only had one fan for us to use, which did not allow proper cooling for both beds. We requested another, but they didn't have one. We realize it was an unusually hot temperature (they said 5 days of the year this happens), but they should absolutely have 2 fans in the family rooms. The heat was unbearable, especially for children. This unique situation would not turn us away from staying at this hotel again. It just made our first night in Germany very uncomfortable.

Terrific Location. Short walk to the old town pedestrian area yet surprisingly quiet. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Lovely indoor and outdoor sitting. Easy drive from Frankfurt airport if you arrive in morning or midday. We made it our first stop on the Romantic Road.

Only thing that could be improved is having either a full time front desk person, or at least a bell. Staff were incredible, friendly and helpful.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the Old Town. On street parking free at the weekend was a bonus. Nice breakfast. Although the exterior looks traditional the interior is clean and modern. Good size room even with a sofa bed fully open for our teenage daughter. Lovely large walk in shower with shower gel provided. No noise from the traffic or bars as they all closed before 11pm.

- pleasant room, quiet! - everything in the room and bathroom is clean, freshly painted and seems very new - good beds, good hot shower, WiFi works well - very close to the centre and to the Residenz - welcoming receptionist, helpful lady - we asked if we could extend our check-out time by half an hour, that was no problem. Much appreciated.

- room is smallish, but since we were out all day, it was fine - the automatic system of the tab in the bathroom is annoying - writing desk a bit cramped between curtains, lamp and bed, but in the end no real problem

The room was lovely and a great location, very central and easy to walk to all attractions in the centre

The breakfast in the hotel was expensive so we didn’t take it but plenty of local places do very we priced nice breakfasts. We did see any staff

Clean basic room. Near to town. Fantastic bakery few steps away. Courteous and plesant staff. Allowed us to store our luggage for a while after checkout.

Room was small. The wall mounted TV was hanging right above the head area of the extra bed. A little noisy from the road behind

Great location, close to the station and Residenz, plus restaurants, bars etc. The check in was very friendly and the room spacious, clean and well equipped. A bonus was the hotel's own restaurant - great local food, and excellent, knowledgeable service.

Very centrally located. Less than 10 minutes walk from from the Dom. My room was completely renova ted and lovely decorated. I liked the desk facing the window. It was sunny if someone was to study.

My room was on the 3rd floor but the elevator reached up to 2nd floor. There was not a closet in the room, however there were many shelves to arrange things.
