Location is hard to beat, about a 10 min walk from the main train station, two min from the nearest streetcar. Breakfast was very nice (the soft boiled eggs exceptional), and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again!

The hotel itself is very interesting. I loved all the little sayings written on the wall and in the bathroom. The beds were clean and very comfortable ! Well done in this regard. The young man who looked after breakfast is AMAZING. He really went ouf of his way to accommodate everyone and he shuld be recognized for his great work!
Staff Training - the night guy at the "other hotel" tried to charge us again and was nice but it appeared he wasn't expecting me & didn't quite know what to do. A LIFT WOULD HELP! Long hike with luggage up all those stairs. You need a DO NOT DISTURB sign and system. The cleaning guy went into my room without asking on the first day - cleaned the room nicely, but I felt a little violated. And on the check out day - he just WALKED in TWICE and knocked 3 other times to encourage me to leave. NOT COOL!!

The lack of an elevator was really a problem with carrying my heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor. In this case I would expect the management offer help!!!

The reception is located in another hotel (1 block away) and the guest has to go to the reception when checking in / out 24/7 drinks buffet was promised, but not available at ~10 pm The facilities are not comfortable: Shared entrance with an external pub, steep stairs The room was located to the noisy smoking balcony

Hotel V.Jahreszeiten is under reconstruction,big noise from 7 am at the window.Room is very small.Breakfast room is very small,although there is timing for bfast we had to return three times to have seats. Staircase naroow and high,with luggage more than difficult to use. Check in is in another(4 stars)hotel,with complicated system to find it. Hotel does not reach the two stars level.
