The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Athens and a 15 min walk from the Acropolis. It's 5 mins from the metro station and within minutes walk of the bars and restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is above a beautiful restaurant and the room was beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony was a particular highlight. The hotel itself is a classic boutique hotel. Quirky and well designed with a perfect city feel. Breakfast was beautiful too! The staff were so hospitable and easy going. Just an absolute gem of a hotel.

My only minor gripe... No milk for the coffee machine in the room.

The location, room 101-102 are so good (Athenian). The staff is very kind and friendly. The room has everything you need.

The heating is not working when i set 30 degree and it was still around 23. The noises are coming from cleanin room close to room 102 when around 07:00

The room was so clean and was cleaned every day. Location was perfect that we never used public transportation in our 4 day stay, everywhere was in maximum of 15 mins of walk. The staff was so helpfully when we left our luggage before check in and after check in time. Everyday we had 30 mins in spa (sauna, steam room, small pool) which was fun. We were in the room with the jakuzi but the jakuzi is outside so it can a bit harder to use in a more chilly weather but still it was fun to have one :)

The only problem was our shower. It didn’t have a full covering door so all the water leaked to the bathroom but because the room was cleaned every day it was not a problem.

I liked my stay. The hotel is in the very good location. Restaurants, shops - everything is just around, no need to walk. Nice restaurant with good food on the ground floor of the hotel! I also lined that every guest can book spa area and during this time nobody else will be there - the booking is solely for the room.

The rooms are very specious, big, with nice design, but the shower in my room was not so convenient to use as the water is just spreading on the floor out of the shower. I had to be very careful and do very quick bathing not to flood the room:)

- The room was beautiful, large and very comfortable with everything a hotel should provide (including a small coffee maker, bathrobe, etc.). - The rooms are located on the second floor above the restaurant, which could be useful, but the reception and the hotel elevator are directly in the restaurant, which was not very convenient.

- The name of the hotel is not visible, the address of the hotel given in the reservation does not correspond to the real one at all, so even the taxi driver had a problem finding it. - The staff changed, so if I asked someone for something, on another day, another person did not know about my request.

Breakfast was satisfactory. We were brought everything on the set breakfast menu and the only choice we had was how we wanted our eggs cooked. There was nothing wrong with the food but we tried to say don't bring everything as it was too much to eat and it went to waste but the staff just brought it anyway then we felt bad for leaving it, but when it Greece! The hotel reception were extremely helpful, one helped us with an issue with the safe and the other lady, unfortunately we didn't get her name (long dark hair and glasses), went out of her way to be helpful. She was so friendly and informative and even arranged a packed breakfast box for our trip to Hydra.

Our room was on the first floor of the mezzanine, with the restaurant below and even at 1am the staff, especially a young girl, spoke very loudly, laughing, messing around and making a lot of noise. Could have done with a make-up mirror as the bathroom was very dark, and another ledge to put our washbag on that was sink level as had to rummage around without getting the bag wet from the walk in shower. Other than that there was nothing to dislike.

Location is fantastic to get to acropolis and shopping, restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially when I was having issues with air con ( worked out hadn’t turned on)

The bathroom is poorly set up. No shelf space ( the sink doesn’t need to be that big) and the shower screen not long enough so bathroom floods which can be slippery and just awful as wet cold floor. Our aircon was very noisy. View from balcony is ugly. Lighting is more complicated than has to be.

First impression was a bit weird since you enter through their restaurant and the concierge and elevator is on the wall of the inside of the restaurant, but once you get over that, it’s a great hotel and restaurant (breakfast is served there with your stay). Very clean, old architectural building with modern design and facilities. Very friendly staff; super helpful! Located on a great street in Plaka- where there are a few places to grab a bite to eat and see the locals relax.

The shower floods the rest of the bathroom if you’re not careful because it’s an open door, however the staff leaves two bath mats to mitigate the issue.

First of all, we booked a taxi through the hotel to pick us up from the airport. The driver (Dimitris) awaited us and told us a lot about Athens on our way to the hotel. It was all very well arranged! The location of this hotel is just perfect - right in the centre, but the rooms are surprisingly soundproof, we did not hear anything going on outside. I could not think of a better location to explore the city. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast that is being served in the restaurant on the ground floor is delicious - with very friendly staff as well. Also - I highly recommend to book a massage. There is a very small spa in the hotel with a steam bath, small pool and sauna. It's possible to book a massage there, and the masseuse (Lena) was so professional and kind - receiving a massage by her was a true delight after walking in the city all day. Overall, highly recommended!

The bathroom is built inside the room, not in a separate room. The "wall/door" is made of glass. Lying on the bed, you have a direct view on the person sitting on the toilet. There may be many couples that feel completely comfortable with this, for us it did not feel very private.

The room was so luxurious! High ceilings, bougie lighting, original features with sleek furniture and fittings. The reception staff were lovely. The access to the spa was a nice touch. It’s a small spa probably only meant for 2 people so you do have to book in advance. There were no available slots during our stay so the hotel opened it for us out of hours. The “pool” is basically a plunge pool. It’s quite a size but it’s freezing. Perfect for after the sauna. Location is also awesome. The restaurants on the street are wonderful. Just round the corner in the adjacent street are a ton of street food vendors too.

The shower, although really nice, had some design floors that we’d already known about from the reviews. It’s more of a wet room with the toilet in it. Also, the bedding could have been a little more upmarket. It was clean and comfortable, but all felt a bit limp and well used.
