Athens Gem is located in an excellent location, directly linked to the city center, airport and harbor. We spend 4 nights there. The extra large bed was just right for our family of three and when we asked for an extra bed just to be more cozy, we were immediately offered one. People were always available to make our stay comfortable. Really friendly staff, so kind and nice with us and our kid during her tandrums! A wonderful view of mount Lykavittos. Small bathroom but convenient. Plenty of cafes, and restaurants and small kiosks around. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay in the hotel. the personnel was very helpful and it was easy to reach them over the phone or in chat ( but you need to make sure you have an internet connection or local phone to do that). The room was big and clean. had a kettle and coffee machine. The view was really nice. I think it's very good value for money

If you open the windows it's a bit too noisy. but for the ones who prefer to use air conditioning, it won't be a problem. Also we had a slight problem receiving a code to get the key and had to call to the hotel when we arrived so they gave it to us. I suggest that the hotel checks that they send all instructions how to get the room as soon as possible, as sometimes travelers don't have an internet connection and roaming all the time and it'll be a problem for them to get in

The location is a 30-minute walk to the center of Athens, and only 15 minutes walk to Kolonaki. It is located in a very traffic-busy and noisy area. It's more like a hotel room than an apartment. The host and housekeeping ladies are very helpful. The room is cleaned daily. There's no kitchenette, just a coffee machine. No hair dryer or iron when asked the host sent me one and the lady ironed my dress. Let our baggage in for a couple of hours after check out.

Hairdryer and iron were missing. Plumbing system was working very noisy in the bathroom.

Good location, neat and modern room. Staff promptly replied to my questions about access codes.

What can be improved: Inform upon booking that access codes are needed to enter the room and that they will be sent later. I also think the codes should be sent the evening before and not just a few hours before check-in. When traveling, I want to know that everything is in order. Without Internet access right before check-in, one may end up without codes.

In a very nice location. The room was clean and new, with comfortable beds and pillows and had an awesome view. Nice personnel, that is always on standby. A lot of sightings are close by. Right next to the hotel are restaurants and cafes. If you are traveling by car, you can find a parking place nearby without a problem. We really liked it! If we come by Athens again, we will definitely stop here!

Nice room, very clean and comfortable. lots of fluffy pillows and towels. I booked at short notice but got an instant response from the host, and someone met me there to greet me. Great location and view .

I couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine simple instructions would be useful.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus station and an art museum. The rooms are not very spacious but are very quiet. The staff is friendly and attentive.

It would be great if a microwave were provided. Additionally, the shampoo provided is not good, so I would recommend bringing your own.

The room was too small, bed was comfy but small again, dark and pretty hot room when arriving in as also the whole building was hot. 2 people with suitcases cannot definitely fit in there!

This was one of the best hotel stats I had so far! the room was immaculate, very clean and really cozy. It had a really nice vibe to it and one of the many perks was that it is really quiet. The metro station is not more than 5 min away witch is a big perk. The staff was really friendly

1)The location is awesome, near a metro station. 2) Even though it's a self check-in hotel, the response time when you send them a message is very fast. 3) Everthing is very clean. 4) The beds really awesome.
