Very well organized hotel. You feel that the hotel management has taken care of every little detail. Excellent breakfast, nice lounge area, all rooms are very nice and have balcony, the staff is everywhere very friendly, reception staff is very friendly, the staff at the breakfast is very friendly, the cleaning staff also is very friendly and they really take care of all your needs. And most of all the location is really very good, everything is in a walking distance. The main areas of interest in central Athens, they are all nearby, also metro is nearby, buses are nearby.

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable, especially George at the reception and the lady at the lobby-bar. Very nice gesture to have free drinks in the fridge, as well as a welcome drink in the lobby-bar. The breakfast was nice though similar every day, but quite diverse, with smiley staff and nice gentle music. The location close to the National Gallery was perfect for the event I attended.

The insulation of the interior walls and doors: I could hear lots of noise from the corridor and the adjacent room, so do not forget your ear-plugs when you travel! Other than that, I had a very enjoyable stay and hope to come back!

The staff were exceptional; very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to store our luggage prior to check-in and were offered free drink coupons at the bar. The room was very clean and tidy, with free coffee and drinks available. Besides towels, the room also offered bathrobes. The room also had a very spacious private balcony. The breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The shower had good, powerful water pressure.

The hotel itself is a bit run down, with some notable wear and tear at places. However, the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff make up for it.

We had booked a double room with a double bed but when we arrived, they didn’t have suitable room for us. So they upgraded our room with a bigger one as sorry. That was really nice and kind. Breakfast was great, so many choices and delicious. Hotel/room was so clean. Location was also good, we prefered to walk everywhere but it was also close to public transportations. Staff were also so kind, especially Elena from reception helped us a lot. Thank you Elena!

Nothing much to say. One thing, it was hard to find something in English to watch. So maybe next time, they can solve the Netflix

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - walking distance (approximately 20-25 minutes) to city center. Clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Safe free parking. Extremely great value. Pleasant suprise was the complimentary welcome drinks that were provided upon arrival within the hotel's bar. Good variety in the breakfast and nice environment. Highly recommended - we would definitely visit again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t really like the breakfast. It didn’t change from day to day. I’m not sure if the way the scrambled eggs are made is particular to Greece but I couldn’t eat it. The fried eggs were not freshly made and they were hard. This is easily the worst 4-star breakfast I’ve ever had. The rest of the hotel is very nice though so I do feel bad to complain.

***100% Recommended*** I enjoyed my stay in Ilisia Hotel during December '22. It's a high quality hotel right n the heart of Athens City Centre. My room was very clean and tidy as the whole hotel was and the breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options to choose. The staff and managers were very friendly and polite, always there for me when needed! FOR THE STAFF: Thank you very much for the whole experience and I hope to visit you again in the near future!

Thank you very much for taking good care of us! We loved the welcome drink and the free minibar! Also our parking spot was reserved as requested. Very nice room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast! Very recommended for stay in Athens as it has perfect location to explore the old town and Acropolis from.

Soundproofing can be better, we had some neigbours parting till late at nigh and we could hear almost every word. Not a dealbreaker, but maybe as a suggestion for improvement.

Excellent location very close to public transportation. A very welcoming hotel personnel always gentle and eager to assist. Rooms very clean, with excellent sound protection, cozy beds and with a sence of simple luxury, all linnen and towels at top quality and an extra fluffy bathrobe. At the bar I finally had the chance to taste the drinks as they should be and the breakfast was more than the standardized breakfast! Extra in all of those, was the free mini bar and free parking! Definitely best value for money, it will be my permanent choice every time!

The hotel is located not far from the city center (15-20 minute walk) and metro station is about 5 minutes away. Staff was really friendly and none of our requests was a problem for anyone. We received a free welcome drink and the bartender gave us really good tips for places to visit. The room was really nice and there was no noise from the traffic. Excellent breakfast every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitively come back!

The free wifi was really slow in our room. One day there was a lot of noise from the room next door and the hall during afternoon and late evening by other guests.
