I loved my stay here! The view of the Acropolis from my room was lovely, but I really enjoyed starting each day in the breakfast room with the view from there. It was a beautiful and relaxing environment to start the day from! The cooks were also incredibly lovely and kind. I cannot eat gluten or dairy, and they were so accommodating and helpful. Sweet Sophie even made me a special omelette with no milk :) Really recommend the hotel if you are visiting on your own, for work, or with another friend!

The room just needed a little updating in terms of a few fixtures that looked a bit old or needed fixing. For example, the black paper lining that covered the glass walls for the bathroom is starting to peel in some spots. The room could also use a nice piece of art above the bed to brighten it up!

Location was ideal and not far from the City. The Staff was amazing at the Reception and the Roof Garden at breakfast.

Nothing not to like

Everything was great, amazing view from the rooftop breakfast restaurant, the food was amazing, the hotel staff was great, there was a free parking space for us upfront which was amazing, we felt safe and it was a 5 minute taxi ride to the city center, the boulevard in front of the hotel offers bus stops for public transport, as well as pick up points for the hop on hop off routes. The hotel was extremely helpful when we forgot all of our documents and money in the hotel room's safe. We were catching the last ferry for the day to zakynthos (300km away) and they did everything in order to help us send our stuff via courier so that we don't have to go back or spend the rest of our vacation without money and with stress. Big thank you! We will definitely come back again!

The proximity to the university creates a situation where (once or twice per year) students organize parties outside and sleeping becomes almost impossible until the early hours of the night. HOWEVER, the hotel staff called the police and tried everything in order to keep their guests happy - these issues happen everywhere, but usually nobody cares, so I think in this case the hotel handled the whole situation very very well!

The staff were amazing! They helped me with little things I needed like a phone charger with an adapter, returning my pocket wifi, arranging transport to/from the airport, and even getting bandaids. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooftop garden a lovely place to relax. The location right by the pedestrian underpass and bus stops was perfect.

Some of the finishes in the building are starting to show some wear like scuffs on the wall, and my shower leaked just a tiny bit.

Personal was very very friendly. Location was quite good there were couple of grocery stores close to hotel. and it is not so far from city center. One grocery store (economy) in the same street, left side if you leaving hotel ( google doesn't want to show it ) and 10 mins from hotel there is Lidl ( quite big in comparison with local shops). There were small fridge, stove and frying pan. Quite good breakfast, at least there was some hot stuff like fried eggs, roasted beacon, sausages, omelette. In front of hotel in kiosk you can buy tickets for public transport, It is possible to buy ticket for 5 days (8.20) instead of ticket for every trip (1.20) May be it will be more expensive for high season, I don't know.

Would be nice to have some forks, spoons and plates in kitchen and something to wash it.

Good breakfast with slight variations from one day to another. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies did a great job every day. Wonderful views to the Acropolis both from the room and from the breakfast room and terrace.

The clothing rack was quite small and there wasn't space to store your luggage properly.

The room was only stocked with towels for 1 person even though I made the reservation for two adults. The soap dispenser was broken (would not dispense soap) but spouse fixed. Netflix was on TV!!!! Since all the other channels were in a language I didn't know. Hot water was actually HOT!!! Refrigerator worked!!! Breakfast was the best we had in all of Athens!! Awesome for the price!! I will be sharing with my clients, co-workers and family!

The location. Noise from the street seemed as if it were in my room!! EVERY motorcycle which came by the hotel --we heard the sound! City buses could be heard, Children and adults could be heard. I didn't bother to ask to be moved since it was for one night. I'm sure the clerk knew this, yet she didn't ask if we were "light sleepers". My spouse can sleep thru anything. Doors on cabinet to refrigerator were stuck. I tore a nail trying to open, so I used the tea spoon.

Friendly welcome. Receptionist welcomed us and helped us with bags on arrival. Great location close to bus and metro. Knowledgeable staff on local area who answered our questions. Breakfast choice was very good. Staff always said good morning with a smile. Really lovely view.

On website it had written travel desk. This made me believe that there would be a travel advice person to help us book tours, however there was just a shelf of leaflets.

A few blocks (20 min walking) from the city center (and Acropolis) I opted for this hotel as it was very closed to venue where I attended a meeting. Staff super nice and kind. Excellent breakfast with gorgeous view of Parthenon.

Configuration of my room was a bit unusual. Basically shower and bathroom were apart (like in France) and both separated from the room itself for a black glass structure. Bed was basically a step away from shower, which I did not like. Also, lack of hangers, holders and cabinets to store and organize your clothes. On the other hand, beautiful view of Parthenon.
