The location is great .. close from everything .. Breakfast is good and the view from the rooftop is beautiuful

The staff in the reception ... Everytime I have to ask for something I have to stay in a long queue .. The hotel was super crowded specially in the lobby area and you find only 2 at the recetpion so pretty unorganized .. I didn't check in on time cause as the recetpion guy said they are still cleaning the room and ( I have to wait ) with no apology like it's my responsibilty to wait ... Plus my key kept stop working so had to go down 3 time to the reception to fix it

The staff were incredible, the food was great, the pool is AMAZING

The lift/elevator system is absolutely insane, a real problem for staff and guests. Not sure what they can do about this as it’s clearly new, but does not function properly at all. The location is also not great unless you’re just passing through.

The hotel is well-designed and spacious Breakfast is great with a lot of local variety Nice local coffee shops around

The rooftop area was closed during my visit under refurbishment It would be better to include an HDMI port for connecting to the room TV.

Great clean hotel with amazing roof top pool and very good spa. next to the hotel there is a Hop on Hop off bus stop and it was very easy to get around Athens

Personal at the hotel wasn’t at the level of Grand Hyatt. At check in , personal was pretty rude and didn’t tell us anything about spa, breakfast , they said “we are busy”… At breakfast , we were waiting for like 20 min to get a coffee and tea and that was every morning for 5 nights.

1. The spa area with a big indoor swimming pool, sauna and the well equiped gym, were a huge plus. 2. The rooms were clean and quite roomy. The pictures on booking do match the reality. Air con worked good. 3. The location has a city sightseeing bus stop right next to the hotel and offers 3 amazing routes which we enjoyed. Totally reccomend. 4. The staff was mostly good. 5. The biggest surprise was the amazing internet that was provided in the hotel which is quite rare these days. Over 50mbps for download and 51 for upload. 6.

1. The check in took around 45 min due to only having 2 staff members at the counter. The lines for check in are always big no matter what time of the day you will arrive. 2. The waiting time for lifts were very big due to 2 factors. First, being the elevator itself isnt called by pressing the button but electronically through a panel which was confusing to most guest at the start of the visit. Secondly due to huge flow of newly checked in people trying to get to their rooms due to the summer season. 3. The location is a bit far from center but you can use a taxi(around 5 euro), shuttle bus, tour bus or public transport. 4. There was construction which started at 8am and always woke us up. 5. Breakfast was ok but could be improved. The view was stunning nevertheless.

The view from the room. As I booked a room with view on the Acropolis, but I had to go to the balcony and then turn me head to the right to actually see it. Not worth the money extra for this at all.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and we loved the rooftop bar and pool. Great view. Staff were very attentive, and answered questions we had before arrival very promptly. We ate dinner in the hotel most evenings, and the food and service were both excellent.

The only drawback to this hotel is its location. It is a fair distance from the tourist areas of Athens, and it is a 15 minute walk to the Metro to get where you want to go, plus it's not that easy to find the Metro station at first. But cabs are not at all expensive and are a good option. It is located along a busy street and there didn't seem to be any restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Our room was very quiet - no street noise - and we ate dinner in tht hotel most evenings, which was fine.

Nice hotel. Clean room with a view of the inner garden and pool. Room was spotless and kept that way by some amazing cleaning staff. Breakfast was good. Room service was really good. Restaurant staff coped well and were friendly. Spa and pool facilities were good. Massage staff were amazing.

Noise from workers on roof. Odd system of mini bar, who provide tea and coffee cups coming before cleaners who take old ones away. Had to hide cups in suitcase or call for new ones. Hotel not close to centre requiring taxi or 30min walk to any park, acropolis and any other attractions. Restaurant not built means lounge bar is way too overstretched. No places unless booked in advance. Food is limited and expensive for eating at a lunch cafe although it is super quality. Spa facilities have to be booked by the hour in advance. Pool ladders squeaky and broken, hammamm only works now and again. No hair or beauty facilities, no hotel shop for basic items.

Absolutely good Hyatt, the stay was good. friendly staff, good sized rooms, small but amazing view swimming pool. Breakfasts were good, decent, but not amazing like in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Absolutely worth the money!!!

There are only two down sides: 1) Location! it is walkable to the city center, but it is just not pleasant to walk on that highway. But taxi is cheap 3-4 euros to the center and 4-6 euros to a coast. 2) The way our room was cleaned, i cant call it 5 star cleaning, and somehow they didnt change bed linens through our 5 day stay. Oh almost forgot, shower cabins are in need if renovation, everything was falling off in it ( room 756).
